Claims (10)
- 전륜(FW)의 차축현가장치가 장착된 차량의 사이드멤버(1)를 따라 후방부위로 이어지는 토션바(T)를 화물적재부(D)에 적재되는 화물의 양에 따라 차량의 후방쪽으로 인출하는 가변장치가스피드센서(12)의 입력 신호에 따라 차량이 주행 중임을 인식하고, 후륜(RW)부위의 사이드멤버(1)하부에 구비되어 충격을 완화시키는 리프스프링(L)과 접촉되는 감지센서(11,11')로부터 입력되는 신호에 따라 화물적재부(D)의 하중이 과하거나 거친 도로의 주행상태임을 인식해 제어 신호를 발생하는 콘트롤러(10)와;엔진의 작동과 함께 구동되는 유압펌프(21)에 의해 펌핑된 오일을 콘트롤러(10)의 제어 신호에 따라 경로를 절환하는 전환밸브(22)로 이루어진 구동수단(20) 및;상기 구동수단(20)의 전환밸브(22)에 연결된 제1·2공급라인(35,36)을 통해 공급된 오일에 의해 사이드멤버(1)의 전·후 방향으로 이동되는 이동피스톤(31,31')과, 상기 이동피스톤(31,31')의 일측에서 사이드멤버(1)의 안쪽 측면으로 위치된 토션바(T)를 가로지르도록 돌출된 이동로드(32,32'), 상기 이동로드(32,32')의 끝단에서 결합된 앵커(33,33') 및 이 앵커(33,33')에 의해 이동되면서 결합된 토션바(T)의 끝단을 차량 후방쪽으로 인출시키는 앵커아암(34,34')으로 이루어진 이동수단(30,30');으로 구성된 소형트럭의 무게중심 이동장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 이동수단(30,30')은 서로 평행한 사이드멤버(1)의 양쪽에서 각각 설치되면서 이동피스톤(31,31')이 사이드멤버(1)의 내부에 형성된 챔버(1')에 각각 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형트럭의 무게중심 이동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 이동로드(32,32')는 그 저면으로 위치되는 토션바(T)와의 마찰을 저감하도록 베어링(37)이 안착되는 토션바안착면(32a)이 형성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 소형트럭의 무게중심 이동장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 베어링(37)은 슬라이딩베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 소형트럭의 무게중심 이동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 앵커(33,33')는 이동피스톤(31,31')과 함께 이동되는 이동로드(32,32')의 끝단에 고정된 앵커로드(33a,33a')와, 이 앵커로드(33a,33a')의 측면에서 길게 이어져 토션바(T)에 결합되면서 길게 이어진 앵커아암(34,34')에 고정된 푸쉬로드(33b,33b')로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 소형트럭의 무게중심 이동장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 앵커(33,33')의 푸쉬로드(33b,33b')와 앵커아암(34,34')은 서로간의 거리를 줄여 장착 공간을 최소하도록 서로를 향해 경사지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형트럭의 무게중심 이동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 토션바(T)는 그 이동이 자유롭도록 차륜(FW)부위로 고정되면서 외주면에 스플라인이 형성된 제1로드(t)와, 이 제1로드(t)에 인출·삽입되도록 내면에 스플라인이 형성된 제2로드(t')으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 소형트럭의 무게중심 이동장치.
