Claims (8)
- BaCl2 및 Ba(NO3)2로부터 선택되는 Ba 금속염 및, TiCl4, TiO(NO3)2 및 Ti-Tetra-isopropoxide로부터 선택되는 Ti 금속염 또는 Ti-알콕시드의 혼합수용액을 얻는 단계;상기 혼합수용액에 과산화수소수를 첨가하여 혼합용액을 얻는 단계;상기 혼합용액을 암모니아수에 적하하여 9 내지 12의 pH 하에서 공침전물을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 공침전물을 9 내지 12의 pH 하에서 수열 합성하여 티탄산바륨을 합성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산바륨 분말의 제조방법.

- 1항에 있어서, 상기 공침전물은 Ba2[Ti2O5(OH)6] 인 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산바륨 분말의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 공침전물을 냉동시켰다가 해동함으로써 수열 합성기의 원료 투입량을 늘리는 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산바륨 분말의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 티탄산바륨의 합성된 분말을 여과세척하고 건조하여 원료분말을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산바륨 분말의 제조방법.
