Claims (10)
- 발포성 폴리스티렌 비드 또는 펠릿을 가열·발포하여 형성된 발포 폴리스티렌 입자의 표면에, 아세트산비닐계 수지 10∼99.9중량% 및 기능성 첨가물 90∼0.1중량%를 포함한 기능성 코팅제로 이루어진 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 아세트산비닐계 수지는 중합도(DP)가 10∼100,000사이의 아세트산비닐의 단독중합체 또는 아세트산비닐과 카프론산비닐, 스테아린산비닐 등의 비닐에스테르류, 아크릴산에틸, 아크릴산부틸, 아크릴산옥틸 등의 아크릴산에스테르류, 말레인산디부틸과 같은 푸마르산(fumaric acid)의 에스테르류, 말레인산, 아크릴산, 이타콘산 등의 카르복실기를 갖는 것 및 비닐알코올, 부타디엔, 카프로락톤 중 어느 하나 또는 2 이상의 것과의 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물 또는 블렌드로서, 비닐아세테이트 모노머의 함량이 55% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 스킨층은 두께가 전체 입자 지름의 0.003∼10%이며, 중량이 1∼95중량%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 첨가물은 발포제, 핵제, 윤활제, 산화방지제, 열안정제, 자외선안정제, 생물안정제, 충진제, 보강제, 가소제, 착색제, 내충격제, 난연제, 대전방지제, 가교제, 형광증백제, 열전도성 부여제, 전기전도성 부여제, 투과성 조절제, 자성 부여제, 계면활성제, 안정제, 부형제, 의약제, 용매, 경화제, 흡습제, 강화제, 향료, 항균제 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 2가지 이상임을 특징으로 하는 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자를 성형하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 발포 폴리스티렌 성형물.
- 발포성 폴리스티렌 비드 또는 펠릿을 가열·발포하여 발포 폴리스티렌 입자를 얻는 단계와;아세트산비닐계 수지용액에 기능성 첨가물을 혼합 또는 용해하여 얻어진 기능성 코팅제 조성물을 상기 발포 폴리스티렌 입자의 표면에 도포하는 단계와;상기 기능성 코팅제 조성물이 도포된 발포 폴리스티렌 입자에 이형제를 첨가하여 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자를 개개의 알갱이로 분리하고 건조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 아세트산비닐계 수지용액에 사용되는 용매로는 물과, 알코올류, 에스테르류, 케톤류, 카르복시산류, 방향족류 및 할로겐화탄화수소류 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 2가지 이상의 것을 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 있어서, 상기 아세트산비닐계 수지용액에 있어서의 아세트산비닐계 수지의 농도가 3∼80중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 이형제는 분자 구조 중에 히드록실기(-OH)가 2개 이상 존재하는 물, 에틸렌글리콜, 글리세린과 같은 친수성 물질 또는 실리콘 오일 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 2가지 이상을 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 기능성 스킨층을 갖는 발포 폴리스티렌 입자를 스팀성형기에 넣고, 고압스팀을 가하여 융착시킨 후 냉각하는 성형단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 발포 폴리스티렌 성형물의 제조방법.
