Claims (7)
- 티타늄(Ti), 지르코늄(Zr) 및 알루미늄(Al) 중의 한 금속을 함유한 용액을 물 또는 물과 알콜의 혼합용액에 분산시킨 후 열가수분해하여 비정질의 수산화염 겔을 얻는 단계;상기 비정질의 수산화염 겔을 물 속에 재분산하여 압력용기에 담고 100 - 300℃의 온도에서 100 시간 이내의 시간동안 수열처리 한 후 냉각하고 분리, 건조하여 산화물 분말로 제조하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제조된 산화물 분말은 크기가 5 - 50 nm 인 1차 입자들이 서로 붙어서 200 - 1000 nm 의 크기를 갖는 2차 입자를 형성하며, 상기 2차 입자의 내부에는 상기 1차 입자들의 사이에 형성된 다수의 기공을 함유한 구조인 것인 극미세 다공질 산화물 분말의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 티타늄, 지르코늄 및 알루미늄 중의 한 금속을 함유한 용액은, 황산티타늄 용액, 황산지르코늄 용액, 황산알루미늄 용액, 사염화티타늄 용액, 염화지르코늄 용액, 염화알루미늄 용액, 질산알루미늄 용액, 및 질산지르코늄 용액으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 극미세 다공질 산화물 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 열가수분해는 상온 내지 100 ℃ 의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극미세 다공질 산화물 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 열가수분해하여 얻은 비정질의 수산화염 겔은, 물 또는 알콜로 세정하고 분리여과한 다음, 건조시키고, 건조된 비정질의 수산화염 겔을 상기 물 속에 재분산하여 수열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극미세 다공질 산화물 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항의 산화물 분말들을 출발 물질로 하여,통상적인 세라믹스 제조 공정에 따라 성형하고 소결하여 극미세 다공질 구조체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기의 다공질 구조체에 함유되어 있는 기공의 크기가 100 nm 이하의 극미세 기공인 것을 특징으로 하는 극미세 다공질 구조체의 제조 방법.
