The present invention relates to a vinyl flooring material and a method of manufacturing the same by removing an unpleasant odor generated from raw materials by applying an appropriate amount of ocher having a deodorizing effect in the production of a conventional flooring material.
Description
The present invention relates to a vinyl flooring material to which ocher having a deodorizing effect is applied to remove unpleasant odors generated from raw materials, and a method of manufacturing the same.
Conventional floorings have inherent functions such as durability, interior decoration, and additional functions such as antibacterial, insect repellent, antistatic, conductive, far infrared emission, but inevitably due to the characteristics of the raw materials used in manufacturing. Since there is no function to remove the unwanted odor generated, there was a problem that an unpleasant odor occurs during use of the flooring.
There are various kinds of materials with deodorizing function, but materials are determined according to the processing conditions and usage conditions of the processed products to be applied, and the effect on the results is large. In general, organic materials having a deodorizing function are described as decomposition deodorization or adsorption deodorization mechanisms as highly reactive polyfunctional or strong hydrophilic groups, and inorganic materials having a deodorizing function form a porous zeolite structure and are described as adsorption deodorization mechanisms. . When the organic deodorant is applied in the production of vinyl flooring, there is a problem in that the flooring cannot be manufactured due to the deterioration of processing conditions such as the rapid aging (discoloration) of PVC resin or the lack of heat resistance. There is a problem in that the function of the deodorant is degraded or lost as the porosity of the deodorant is reduced or disappeared by the raw materials used in manufacturing, in particular, the liquid raw material, and the pores of the deodorant are destroyed by the processing pressure.
Therefore, in the flooring manufacturing industry, there is a demand for the development of a deodorant meeting the processing conditions and the advanced technology of the manufacturing method.
The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the conventional flooring as described above, the object of the present invention by applying an appropriate amount of deodorizing effect in the manufacture of flooring by applying an appropriate amount of unpleasant odor generated in the nature of the raw material during the use of the flooring The present invention provides a vinyl flooring material and a method of manufacturing the same, which can deodorize various living environment odors which are normally or temporarily generated in a residential or non-residential place.
Therefore, the present invention relates to a vinyl flooring material comprising at least one layer prepared by adding 0.1 to 50% by weight of deodorant effect ocher.
In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing a vinyl flooring material by maximizing the deodorizing effect by adding ocher during the second kneading during the raw material mixing process of the flooring material.
The loess used in the present invention is composed of various components, loosely intermixed with SiO 2 , high particle size, low porosity, high porosity, less breakage of pores due to processing pressure of vinyl flooring material, and also avoided from the conventional raw material input method. By changing the order and location of the raw materials, it is possible to minimize the absorption of unwanted raw materials into the pores of the ocher after processing the vinyl flooring, thereby removing the unpleasant odor generated from the vinyl flooring. That is, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, when the appropriate amount of loess is added during the second kneading during the mixing process of the raw material, the deodorizing effect of the loess becomes very large.
For reference, when comparing the flooring manufacturing method of the present invention and the conventional flooring manufacturing method is as shown in Table 1, compared with the conventional mixing example of the flooring material according to the present invention as shown in Table 2.
