Claims (15)
- 하기를 함유하는 폴리올레핀 조성물을 함유하는 열수축성 필름:(i) 20 몰% 이하의 CH2=CHR α- 올레핀을 함유하며 0.88 내지 0.945 g/cm3의 밀도를 갖는, 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 CH2=CHR α-올레핀 [식 중, R 은 탄소수 1 - 10 의 탄화수소 라디칼이다] 과의 공중합체 80 내지 100 중량부; 및(ii) 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 단위 60 내지 98 중량%, CH2=CHR1α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위 2 내지 40 중량%, 및 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위 0 내지 10 중량% 를 함유하며, 70 % 초과의 자일렌-불용성 분획을 갖는, 프로필렌과 하나 이상의 CH2=CHR1α- 올레핀 [식 중, R1은 탄소수 2 내지 10 의 탄화수소 라디칼이다], 및 에틸렌과의 공중합체 5 내지 30 중량부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 (ii) 는 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 단위 70 내지 95 중량% 및 CH2=CHR1α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위 5 내지 30 중량% 를 함유하며, 80 % 초과의 자일렌-불용성 분획을 갖는 것을특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 (ii) 는 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 단위 80 내지 97 중량%, CH2=CHR1α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위 2 내지 10 중량% 및 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위 1 내지 10 중량% 를 함유하며, 80 % 초과의 자일렌-불용성 분획을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물은 상기 공중합체 (i) 90 내지 100 중량부 및 상기 공중합체 (ii) 10 내지 25 중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 CH2=CHR α-올레핀은 프로필렌, 1 - 부텐, 1 - 펜텐, 4 - 메틸 - 1 - 펜텐, 1 - 헥센 및 1 - 옥텐으로부터 선택되고, 상기 CH2=CHR1α-올레핀은 1 - 부텐, 1 - 펜텐, 4 - 메틸 - 1 - 펜텐, 1 - 헥센 및 1 - 옥텐으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물이 순서에 상관없이 하기의 두 단계 이상으로 수행되는 연속 중합 공정에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름:- 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 CH2=CHR α-올레핀을 중합하여, 20 몰% 이하의 CH2=CHR α-올레핀을 함유하며 0.88 내지 0.945 g/cm3의 밀도를 갖는 공중합체 (i) 를 수득하는 한 단계,- 프로필렌, 하나 이상의 CH2=CHR1α-올레핀 및 에틸렌을 중합하여, 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 단위 60 내지 98 중량%, CH2=CHR1α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위 2 내지 40 중량% 및 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위 0 내지 10 중량% 를 함유하며, 70 % 초과의 자일렌-불용성 분획을 갖는 공중합체 (ii) 를 수득하는 또다른 단계.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 (ii) 는 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 단위 70 내지 95 중량% 및 CH2=CHR1α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위 5 내지 30 중량% 를 함유하며, 80 % 초과의 자일렌-불용성 분획을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 (ii) 는 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 단위 80 내지 97 중량%, CH2=CHR1α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위 2 내지 10 중량% 및 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위 1 내지 10 중량% 를 함유하며, 80 % 초과의 자일렌-불용성 분획을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름.
- 제 7 항 또는 8 항에 있어서, CH2=CHR α-올레핀이 1 - 부텐이고 CH2=CHR1α-올레핀이 1 - 부텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름.
- 하기를 함유하는 폴리올레핀 조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단층 열수축성 필름:(i) 20 몰% 이하의 CH2=CHR α- 올레핀을 함유하며 0.88 내지 0.945 g/cm3의 밀도를 갖는, 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 CH2=CHR α-올레핀 [식 중, R 은 탄소수 1 - 10 의 탄화수소 라디칼이다] 과의 공중합체 80 내지 100 중량부; 및(ii) 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 단위 60 내지 98 중량%, CH2=CHR1α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위 2 내지 40 중량%, 및 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위 0 내지 10 중량% 를 함유하며, 70 % 초과의 자일렌-불용성 분획을 갖는, 프로필렌과 하나 이상의 CH2=CHR1α- 올레핀 [식 중, R1은 탄소수 2 내지 10 의 탄화수소 라디칼이다], 및 에틸렌과의 공중합체 5 내지 30 중량부.

- 제 11 항에 있어서, CH2=CHR α-올레핀이 1 - 부텐이고 CH2=CHR1α- 올레핀이 1 - 부텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 단층 열수축성 필름.
- 하나 이상의 층이 하기를 함유하는 폴리올레핀 조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 열수축성 필름:(i) 20 몰% 이하의 CH2=CHR α- 올레핀을 함유하며 0.88 내지 0.945 g/cm3의 밀도를 갖는, 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 CH2=CHR α-올레핀 [식 중, R 은 탄소수 1 - 10 의 탄화수소 라디칼이다] 과의 공중합체 80 내지 100 중량부; 및(ii) 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 단위 60 내지 98 중량%, CH2=CHR1α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위 2 내지 40 중량%, 및 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위 0 내지 10 중량% 를 함유하며, 70 % 초과의 자일렌-불용성 분획을 갖는, 프로필렌과 하나 이상의 CH2=CHR1α- 올레핀 [식 중, R1은 탄소수 2 내지 10 의 탄화수소 라디칼이다], 및 에틸렌과의 공중합체 5 내지 30 중량부.

- 제 14 항에 있어서, CH2=CHR α-올레핀이 1 - 부텐이고 CH2=CHR1α- 올레핀이 1 - 부텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 열수축성 필름.
