Claims (4)
- 파장분할 다중화된 광신호를 광섬유를 통해 전송하는 광송신부와, 상기 광섬유를 통해 상기 광신호를 수신하는 광수신부를 구비하는 파장분할 다중방식을 이용한 광통신 시스템에 있어서,상기 광섬유와 연결된 제1 단을 통해 입력된 광신호를 라만 증폭하여 출력하는 어븀 첨가 광섬유와;상기 어븀 첨가 광섬유를 라만 펌핑하기 위해 소정 파장의 펌프광을 출력하는 펌핑 광원과;상기 펌프광을 상기 어븀 첨가 광섬유로 출력하는 파장 선택 결합기를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 어븀 첨가 광섬유를 이용한 라만 광섬유 증폭기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 펌프광의 파장은 1425㎚∼1520㎚ 내의 파장값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 어븀 첨가 광섬유를 이용한 라만 광섬유 증폭기.
- 파장분할 다중화된 광신호를 광섬유를 통해 전송하는 광송신부와, 상기 광섬유를 통해 상기 광신호를 수신하는 광수신부를 구비하는 파장분할 다중방식을 이용한 광통신 시스템에 있어서,상기 광섬유와 연결된 제1 단을 통해 입력된 광신호를 라만 증폭하여 출력하는 어븀 첨가 광섬유와;상기 어븀 첨가 광섬유를 순방향 라만 펌핑하기 위해 소정 파장의 펌프광을 출력하는 제1 펌핑 광원과;상기 제1 펌핑 광원으로부터 입력된 펌프광을 상기 어븀 첨가 광섬유로 출력하는 제1 파장 선택 결합기와;상기 어븀 첨가 광섬유를 역방향 라만 펌핑하기 위해 소정 파장의 펌프광을 출력하는 제2 펌핑 광원과;상기 제2 펌핑 광원으로부터 입력된 펌프광을 상기 어븀 첨가 광섬유로 출력하는 제2 파장 선택 결합기를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 어븀 첨가 광섬유를 이용한 라만 광섬유 증폭기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 펌프광의 파장은 1425㎚∼1520㎚ 내의 파장값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 어븀 첨가 광섬유를 이용한 라만 광섬유 증폭기.
