Claims (2)
- 지하에 매립되는 제1처리조(10)와 지상설치되는 제2처리조(20)로 이루어지고, 제1처리조에는 유수분리,여과 및 집수가 이루어지는 3단계 처리실을 구비하고 블로우 및 슬러지농축실을 설치하여 유수분리 및 집수과정에서 부상슬러지의 흡착제거가 이루어지도록 하며, 지상에 설치되는 제2처리조에는 1차여과실과 침전실 및 2차 여과실을 구비하고 슬러지저장실을 부착한 구조로 하여 제1처리조의 제1실에서 유수분리 및 슬러지농축제거가 이루어지는 단계와, 제2실에서 유기물질 및 무기물질의 흡착제거가 이루어지는 단계를 통하여 투입된 폐수가 제3실에 모아지고, 제3실의 폐수는 펌핑에 의해 제2처리조의 1차여과실로 공급되어 1차 여과된 후 침전실로 공급되어 슬러지의 침전이 이루어지는 단계와, 제2차 여과실을 거쳐 무기물질과 유기물질이 흡착 제거되는 단계가 연속적으로 이루어져 최종 처리수는 배수구를 통하여 방출되고 , 침전실에 침전된 슬러지는 배출변을 통하여 슬러지저장조로 배출된 후 제1처리조의 제1실로 반송처리되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1처리조(10)는 수직격벽(10a)에 의해 제1실(11),제2실(12) 및 제3실(13)로 분리되고, 제1실의 격벽 중간부에 제2실로 연결되는 내부파이프(10c)가 설치되며, 제2실은 통수공(12b)이 형성된 수평격벽(12a)에 의해 분할되고 여기에 흡착제(14)설치되며, 제1실의 상층부에는 슬러지농축실(15)이 설치되고 슬러지 농축실에는 제1실의 바닥까지 연장된 슬러지흡입관(15a)가 결합되고 슬러지흡입관에는 블로우어(16)가 결합되어 공기공급에 의해 바닥의 슬러지가 슬러지흡입관을 통하여 흡입 부상하여 슬러지 농축실로 유입되도록 구성되며,제2처리조(20)는 상부의 외벽 측면에 활성탄(21)이 채워진 제1여과실(22)이 형성되고 내부에는 수직격벽(20a)에 의해 분할된 침전실(23)과 제2여과실(24)이 형성되며, 제2여과실은 통수공(24b)이 형성된 수평격벽(24a)에 의해 분리되어 수평격벽위에는 여재(25) 및 활성탄(26)이 채워지고, 침전실 외벽 하단부에는 슬러지저장조(27)가 형성되는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수정화장치.
