Claims (10)
- (a) 오산화이바나듐 또는 VO3 -함유 수용액에 산용액을 첨가하여 용액의 pH를 변화시키는 단계 ;(b) 상기 (a)의 혼합물에 유전율이 80 미만인 유기용매를 첨가하는 단계(c) 상기 (b)의 혼합물에 알칼리를 첨가하여 오산화이바나듐을 침전시키는 단계; 및(d) 상기 (c) 단계로 얻어진 침전물 여과, 세척, 및 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오산화이바나듐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 바나듐 이온 함유 수용액내의 바나듐 이온의 농도는 0.1 내지 0.5M이고 용액의 pH는 1.5 내지 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 오산화이바나듐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 첨가되는 산은 염산, 황산 및 질산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 오산화이바나듐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 바나듐 이온 함유 수용액에 산 용액을 첨가한 후 용액의 pH는 0 이상 1.5 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 오산화이바나듐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계에서 유전율이 80 미만인 유기용매가 탄소수 1내지 5의 일차 알콜류, 탄소수 1 내지 5의 이차 알콜류, 아세토나이트릴 및 아세톤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 오산화이바나듐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계에서 용매가 첨가된 후 용액내의 바나듐이온의 농도는 0.02 내지 0.25M인 것을 특징으로 하는 오산화이바나듐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계의 알칼리는 수산화칼륨, 수산화나트륨, 수산화암모늄, 탄산암모늄, 탄산수소암모늄, 및 요소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 오산화이바나듐의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계의 알칼리 첨가후 용액의 pH는 0.5 내지 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 오산화이바나듐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (d) 단계를 실시하기 이전에, (c) 단계로부터 형성된 오산화이바나듐 침전물을 숙성시키는 시효단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오산화이바나듐의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 오산화이바나듐을 포함하는 캐소드를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
