Claims (15)
- 기판;상기 기판 전면에 금, 알루미늄 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 반사층;상기 반사층 위에 형성되어 생체 물질과의 반응기를 유도하는 실리콘 산화막;상기 실리콘 산화막 위에 순차적으로 형성되는 반응 물질 및 감광성 물질; 그리고상기 감광성 물질의 소정영역에 형성되는 생체 물질 패턴으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 그루브(groove) 영역과 랜드(land) 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 기판의 그루브 영역과 랜드 영역의 경계면은 워블(wobble) 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 유리(glass), 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate), 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(polytetrafluorethylene), 폴리스틸렌(polystyrene), 실리콘 옥사이드(silicon oxide), 실리콘 나이트라이드(silicon nitride) 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 생체 물질 패턴에 사용되는 생체 물질은 펩타이드, 단백질, 항체, DNA, PNA, 효소 중 어느 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩.
- 기판 위에 반사층 및 활성층이 형성된 바이오칩의 생체 물질 패터닝 방법에 있어서,상기 바이오칩을 회전시키는 제 1 단계;상기 회전하는 바이오칩에 펄스 형태의 레이저 빔을 조사하여 연속적으로 상기 활성층의 소정영역들을 활성화시키는 제 2 단계;상기 활성화된 소정영역에 생체 물질 패턴을 고정화시키는 제 3 단계; 그리고,상기 제 2, 제 3 단계를 순차적으로 반복하는 제 4 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩의 생체 물질 패터닝 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단계에서,상기 레이저 빔은 상기 바이오칩의 중심부에서 외주 방향 또는 외주에서 중심 방향을 따라 일직선상으로 이동되면서 상기 바이오칩에 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩의 생체 물질 패터닝 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단계에서,상기 레이저 빔은 상기 바이오칩의 트랙을 감지하여 활성화시킬 위치 신호를 전달하는 제 1 빔과, 상기 제 1 빔의 위치 신호에 따라 상기 바이오칩의 특정 위치를 활성화시키는 제 2 빔으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩의 생체 물질 패터닝 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 단계 후에 상기 소정영역에 고정화되지 않은 잔여 생체 물질들을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩의 생체 물질 패터닝 방법.
- 기판 위에 반사층 및 활성층이 형성된 바이오칩의 생체 물질 측정 방법에 있어서,상기 바이오칩에 적어도 하나의 염색 물질로 라벨(label)된 생체 물질을 반응시키는 제 1 단계;상기 적어도 하나의 생체 물질이 반응된 바이오칩을 회전시키는 제 2 단계; 그리고,상기 회전하는 바이오칩에 레이저 빔을 연속적으로 조사하여 상기 생체 물질의 반응결과 바이오칩에서 유발되는 빛을 검출 및 신호 처리하여 상기 생체 물질을 측정하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩의 생체 물질 측정 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 빔은 상기 각각의 생체 물질에 라벨되는 염색 물질의 종류에 따라 각기 다른 파장대의 레이저 빔을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩의 생체 물질 측정 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 염색 물질은 형광 물질 또는 적외선 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩의 생체 물질 측정 방법.
