Description
Claims (9)
- 지반에 관입시키기 위해 외부로부터 동력을 인가받아 회전하며, 그 저면에 지반을 굴착하기 위한 비트가 구비된 아웃튜브;상기 아웃튜브의 내측 하부에 위치되어 자중으로 지반에 관입되며, 상기 비트의 회전굴착에 의해 발생하는 교란으로부터 시료를 보호하는 시료보호수단;상기 시료보호수단의 자중력에 의해 인발되어진 시료를 담아 위치시키기 위한 샘플링 튜브;상기 시료보호수단의 내부면에 설치되어 그를 통해 인발된 시료를 절단하면서 채취된 시료가 샘플링 튜브의 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 샘플링 튜브의 하부를 차폐하는 커팅수단;지상의 조작장치로부터 승강력을 제공받아 상기 샘플링 튜브와 시료보호수단을 승강동작시키는 승강수단; 및상기 아웃튜브와 지상의 보링장치간을 연결하는 아웃로드를 포함하는 비교란 시료 채취가 가능한 대구경 샘플러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시료보호수단은 그 하부가 예리한 각도로 형성된 원통형상의 슈로 이루어진 비교란 시료 채취가 가능한 대구경 샘플러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시료보호수단의 내부에 설치되어 그의 자중력에 의해 지반에 관입될 때, 신축동작하는 익스텐션 튜브; 및상기 커팅수단의 내부면에 설치되어 채취된 시료가 그에 의해 분산되는 것을 방지하는 가이드 튜브를 더 포함하는 비교란 시료 채취가 가능한 대구경 샘플러.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 익스텐션 튜브는 그의 저면이 소정직경의 라운드부로 이루어진 비교란 시료 채취가 가능한 대구경 샘플러.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커팅수단은상기 시료보호수단의 하부에 위치되는 원형형상의 커팅링;상기 커팅링의 외주면에 그 하단부가 장착되며, 상기 승강수단의 하강동작에 따라 그 선단부가 익스텐션 튜브의 라운드부의 안내를 받으면서 사진기 셔터의 폐합형식으로 오무라드는 동작을 수행하여 시료보호수단의 하부를 폐합시키는 커터;및상기 커팅링에 커터를 고정하기 위한 체결수단을 포함하는 비교란 시료 채취가 가능한 대구경 샘플러.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 커터는 그의 끝단부가 예각의 날카로운 면으로 이루어지며, 서로 소정 간격만큼 중첩되어진 상태로 상기 커팅링에 장착되는 비교란 시료 채취가 가능한 대구경 샘플러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 승강수단은상기 시료보호수단의 외측에 직립되게 설치된 커팅로드; 및일측은 상기 샘플링 튜브에 연결되고, 타측은 상기 커팅로드와 연결되며, 지상의 조작장치로부터 승강력을 제공받는 이너로드를 포함하는 비교란 시료 채취가 가능한 대구경 샘플러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 샘플링 튜브의 상부에 설치되어 시료 상부에 존재하는 슬라임을 배출시키는 샘플링 헤드를 더 포함하는 비교란 시료 채취가 가능한 대구경 샘플러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이너로드의 외부면에 설치되어 상기 아웃튜브의 회전을 원활히 시키면서 상기 샘플링 튜브와 연결된 슈의 회전동작이 이루어지지 않도록 하는 베어링; 및지반의 강도에 따라 상기 아웃튜브의 비트와 슈의 상대적인 위치차이를 가지도록 탄성동작하여 상기 비트의 회전굴착으로부터 채취되는 시료를 교란되지 않도록 조절하는 스프링을 더포함하는 비교란 시료 채취가 가능한 대구경 샘플러.
