Claims (2)
- 냉매가스를 압축시킬 수 있도록 서로 맞물려 복수개의 압축실을 형성하는 고정스크롤 및 선회스크롤과, 상기 선회스크롤의 하부에 상단의 편심부가 결합되어 선회스크롤을 선회 운동시키는 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 상부를 지지하는 메인프레임과, 상기 회전축과 메인프레임 사이에 설치되어 회전축의 반경방향 힘을 지지하는 베어링 역할을 수행하는 메인프레임 부시를 포함하는 스크롤 압축기에 있어서,상기 회전축의 편심부에는 회전축의 회전력을 선회스크롤로 전달하는 동시에 회전축 및 메인프레임과 접촉되는 일측에 쓰러스트 면이 형성되어 상기 회전축의 축방향 힘을 지지하는 베어링 역할을 수행하는 쓰러스트 베어링 겸 슬라이드 부시가 삽입되며, 상기 쓰러스트 베어링 겸 슬라이드 부시와 편심부 사이에는 쓰러스트 베어링 겸 슬라이드 부시로부터 회전축이 분리되지 않도록 상기 쓰러스트 베어링 겸 슬라이드 부시와 편심부를 결합시키는 결합수단이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 회전축 지지 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 결합수단은 쓰러스트 베어링 겸 슬라이드 부시의 내주면과 상기 편심부의 외주면을 따라 각각 형성된 링 형태의 제 1 홈 및 제 2 홈과, 상기 제 1 홈과 제 2 홈에 삽입 설치되어 상기 쓰러스트 베어링 겸 슬라이드 부시와 회전축의 분리를 방지하는 삽입링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 회전축 지지 구조.
