Claims (10)
- 자동차에서 배출되는 배출가스를 재연소시키는 자동차 배출가스 재연소 장치(23)에 있어서, 배기관(15)의 끝단에 부착된 소음기의 외통체(11)의 전단에 2개조의 영구자석(3)을 N극(18)과 S극(19)을 대향하여 설치하여 배출가스를 이온화시키고;소음기 부근의 배기관(15)에 와류관(20) 1개 이상과 그 내부에는 각각 와류판(21)이 2개이상 부착되어 이온화된 배출가스를 가속시키고;가속된 배출가스를 배출공(17)을 통하여 각 격판(6, 7, 8)에 의하여 형성된 격실(13) 내로 유입시켜;전열히터(10)에 의하여 유입된 매연을 포함한 배출가스를 분해 및 재연소시킴과 동시에 소음저감장치(24)에서 소음을 저감시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배출가스 재연소 장치.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서 영구자석(3)은 인입측의 자속밀도가 토출측의 자속밀도보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배출가스 재연소 장치.
- 청구항 제2항에 있어서 영구자석(3)은 퀴리온도가 120℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배출가스 재연소 장치.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서 와류관(20)은 각각 그 내부에 와류판(21) 2개 이상을 1개조로 하여 배출가스 흐름방향보다 경사지게하여 와류관(20)내에 방사상의 등간격으로 배침함과 동시에 와류관(20) 내부를 따라서 S자 형태로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배출가스 재연소 장치.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서 격실(13)을 형성하는 격판은 전열히터(10)를 중심으로 한 개 이상씩 설치된 격판과 전열히터(10)가 설치된 절연단열격판(7)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배출가스 재연소 장치
- 제 5항에 있어서 격실(13)을 구성하는 각 격판의 재질은 알류미늄에 크롬을 도금하거나, 스테인레스강 등 부식성이 강한 재질을 사용하며, 절연단열격판(7)은 전열성이 탁월하고 열보온성이 양호한 세라믹 등과 같은 재질을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 배출가스 재연소장치.
- 청구항 제5항에 있어서 전열히터(10)는 절연단열격판(7)의 출구측에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배출가스 재연소 장치
- 제 1항에 있어서 재연소장치(23)은 온도센서 스위치(9)에 의해 배출가스 온도가 약 50℃에서 자동으로 인가되어 매연을 포함한 배출가스를 재연소기키는 것은 특징으로 하는 자동차의 배출가스 재연소장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서 와류관(20)을 통과하여 가속된 배출가스가 급격히 확대된 안내통로(5)를 만들어 직접 배출되도록 함으로써 1차소음효과와 외통체(11)의 내부에 설치된 각 격판의 배출공(17)을 통과할 때 배출가스의 속도가 지연되어 2차적으로 소음이 저감되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 배출가스 재연소장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서 재연소장치(23)는 절연단열격판(7)에 설치된 전열히터(10)와 스테인레스강격판(8) 등의 거리를 가깝게 설치하고, 스테인레스강격판(8) 등의 표면을 매끄럽게 하여 전열히터(10)에서 발생한 열의 반사율을 높여 내부온도를 상승시키는 것을 특징으로하는 자동차의 배출가스 재연소장치
