Claims (5)
- 실리카 (SiO2) 졸을 유리에 코팅하여 약 80∼100 ℃ 사이에서 10∼20분 동안 건조시킴으로써 배리어 코팅 (barrier coating)하는 단계 (제 1단계);제 1단계에서 배리어 코팅된 유리에 TiO2및 Pd 가 혼합된 졸을 1차 코팅한 후 100∼120 ℃의 온도에서 5∼15 분간 건조한 다음, 이러한 코팅을 2 내지 3회 반복하여 배리어 층 (barrier layer) 위에 TiO2층을 코팅하는 단계 (제 2단계); 및제 2단계에서 코팅된 유리를 500∼620 ℃에서 30분∼1시간 동안 열처리하는 단계(제 3단계)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 위에 산화티타늄(TiO2) 층 및 실리카(SiO2) 층이 복합코팅된 친수성 코팅 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 제 1단계의 SiO2졸은 실란 [Si(OR)x; R 은 C1-C4의 저급 알킬기, x는 정수]을 물과 산 촉매를 이용하여 가수분해하여 생성된 졸인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 위에 산화티타늄(TiO2) 층 및 실리카(SiO2) 층이 복합코팅된 친수성 코팅 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 제 2단계의 TiO2및 Pd 가 혼합된 졸은, 금속 티타늄의 알콕사이드에 소량의 물; 디에탄올아민 또는 아세틸 아세톤 중에서 선택되는 졸 안정제; 및 기공 형성제를 포함하는 티타늄의 졸에 Pd 화합물 용액을 티타늄 알콕사이드 양의 0.003 내지 0.007 몰배로 투입하여 혼합한 졸인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 위에 산화티타늄(TiO2) 층 및 실리카(SiO2) 층이 복합코팅된 친수성 코팅 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 기공 형성제는 TiO2층을 다공질화시키기 위하여 200∼400 ℃에서 열분해하는 유기고분자 물질로서 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 하이드록시프로필셀룰로스 및 폴리아크릴산 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 유리 위에 산화티타늄(TiO2) 층 및 실리카(SiO2) 층이 복합코팅된 친수성 코팅 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, Pd 화합물은 H2PdCl4또는 H2Pd(NH3)4Cl2인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 위에 산화티타늄(TiO2) 층 및 실리카(SiO2) 층이 복합코팅된 친수성 코팅 유리의 제조방법.
