Claims (4)
- 바인더수지로서 메틸메타크릴레이트 등의 아크릴수지를 고형분으로 30 이상 포함하는 아크릴에멀젼 15 내지 35중량, 실라놀그룹, 음이온성그룹 또는 비이온성그룹을 포함하는 불소계 고분자화합물을 고형분으로 20중량 이상 포함하는 불소수지 2 내지 8중량, 소광제로서 이산화규소, 산화나트륨, 산화알루미늄, 산화철 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 산화물의 분말로서 평균입경이 6 내지 7미크론인 소광제 0.1 내지 2중량 및 잔량으로서 물을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 불소수지를 포함하는 도장용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도장용 조성물에 통상의 안료가 더 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 불소수지를 포함하는 도장용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도장용 조성물에 소포제, 분산제, 가소제, 증점제, 충진제, 방부제, 동결방지제 및 저장안정제 등으로 이루어지는 첨가제들이 더 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 불소수지를 포함하는 도장용 조성물.
- (1) 소광제와 에틸렌글리콜을 물과 함께 혼합하고, 150 내지 200rpm의 고속으로 약 5 내지 15분간 교반하는 소광제교반단계;(2) 상기 소광제교반단계와는 별도로 바인더수지를 물과 함께 혼합하고, 30 내지 40rpm의 저속으로 10 내지 30분간 교반하는 수지교반단계;(3) 상기 소광제교반단계에서 수득된 혼합물, 상기 수지교반단계에서 수득된 혼합물, 불소수지 및 분산제를 혼합하고, 30 내지 40rpm의 저속으로 5 내지 15분간 교반하는 2차교반단계; 및(4) 상기 2차교반단계에서 수득된 혼합물에 기타 첨가제들을 가하고 혼합하는 혼합단계;를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 불소수지를 포함하는 도장용 조성물의 제조방법.
