Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- (a) 약 0.90g/cc/(g/㎤) 이하의 밀도 및 (b) 조성 분포 분지지수가 50%보다 큰 좁은 단쇄 분지 분포도를 갖고, (c) 중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로, CFR 177.1520(c)로서 정의된 추출 조건하에서 n-헥산에서 75% 이상 가용성인 하나이상의 균일하게 분지된 필름-형성성 에틸렌 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 이면층, 및 약 0.90g/cc(g/㎤)보다 높은 밀도를 갖는 하나이상의 필름-형성성 올레핀 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 표면층을 적어도 포함하고, 45g 이상의 신장되지 않은 이면층 대 표면층 클링 강도를 갖는 다층 클링-랩 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 A/B 이층 구조인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 하나 이상의 코어층 또는 구조층을 추가 포함하는 다층 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 코어층 또는 구조층이 하나이상의 에틸렌 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 다층 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 A/B/C 삼층 구조인 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이면층의 하나이상의 균일하게 분지된 에틸렌 중합체 조성물이 ( a ) 5.63이상의 용융유동비 (Ⅰ10/Ⅰ2), ( b ) 식 Mw/Mn≤(Ⅰ10/Ⅰ2)-4.63으로 정의된 분자량분포(Mw/Mn) (c) 거의 동일한 I2와 Mw/Mn를 갖는 선형 에틸렌 중합체의 표면용융파괴 개시 점에서의 임계전단속도보다 50%이상 더 큰 표면용융파괴 개시점에서의 임계전단속도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 실질적인 선형 에틸렌 중합체인 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이면층의 하나이상의 균일하게 분지된 에틸렌 중합체 조성물이 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 C3-C20α -올레핀과의 공중합체인 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이면충의 하나이상의 균일하게 분지된 에틸렌 중합체 조성물이 선형 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이면층의 밀도가 약 0.85g/cc 내지 약 0.89g/cc인 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 표면층의 하나이상의 올레핀 중합체가 프로필렌 중합체 또는 에틸렌 중합체인 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 표면층의 하나 이상의 올레핀 중합체가 선형 에틸렌 α-올레핀 공중합체인 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표면층의 폴리프로필렌 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표면층이 고압 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표면층의 밀도가 약 0.91g/cc 내지 약 0.96g/cc인 다층필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 에틸렌 중합체 조성물이 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 C3-C20a-올레핀과의 공중합체인 다층 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 하나이상의 에틸렌 중합체 조성물이 선형 에틸렌/a-올레핀 공중합체인 다층 필름.
- (i) 에틸렌 중합체 조성물을 이면층 공압출 압출기에 공급시키는 단계;(ii) 에틸렌 중합체 조성물을 표면층 공압출 압출기에 공급시키는 단계;(iii) 에틸렌 중합체 조성물을 코어층 또는 구조층 공압출 압출기에 추가 공급시키는 단계;(iv) 약 177℃보다 높은 용융 온도에서 상기 중합체 조성물을 용융시키고 흔합하여 2개 이상의 용융 중합체 스트림을 형성시키는 단계;(v) 총 압출 산출량의 5 중량%이상이 이면층 용융 중합체 스트림을 구성하도록 압출 산출량을 조절하는 단계;(vi) 용융 중합체 스트림을 공압출 피드블록(feedblock)를 통해 슬롯 다이(slot die)에 압출시커 웹을 형성시키거나, 환형 다이에 압출시켜 이면층 및 표면층을 갖는 관을 형성시키는 단계;(vii) 상기 관을 공발(blowing up)및 냉각시키거나 상기 웹을 인발(drawing down)및 냉각시켜 다층 필름을 제조하는 단계 및(viii) 상기 다층 필름을 후속적으로 사용하기 위해 수집하는 단계를 포함하는 , 2개 이상의 층을 갖는 다층 한측면 클링-랩의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 약 0.90g/cc(g/㎤) 이하의 밀도, 및(b) 조성 분포 분지지수가 50%보다 큰 좁은 단쇄 분지 분포도를 갖고,(c) 중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로, CFR 177.1520(c)로서 정의된 추출 조건하에서 n-헥산에서 75% 이상 가용성인 하나이상의 균일하게 분지된 필름-형성성 에틸렌 중합체 조성물을 상기 이면층 공압출 압출기에 공급하고, 상기 표면층 공압출 압출기에는 밀도가 0.90g/cc(g/㎤)보다 큰 필름-형성성 올레핀 중합체조성물을 공급하며, 상기 필름이 45g 이상의 신장되지 않은 이면층 대 표면층 클링 강도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 다층 한측면 클링-랩 필름의 제조방법.
- (i) 필름을 자동 또는 수동 랩핑 장치에 부착시키는 단계;(ii) 필름을 팔레트(pallet)상에 놓인 물건 또는 물건들의 주위로 랩핑시키는 단계;(iii) 필름을 자체에 밀봉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 신장-랩핑 방법에 있어서,상기 필름으로서,(a) 약 0.90g/cc(g/㎤) 이하의 밀도, 및(b) 조성 분포 분지지수가 50%보다 큰 좁은 단쇄 분지 분포도를 갖고,(c) 중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로, CFR 177.1520(c)로서 정의된 추출 조건하에 n-헥산에서 75% 이상 가용성인 하나 이상의 균일하게 분지된 필름-형성성 에틸렌 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 이면층, 및 약 0.90g/cc(g/㎤)보다 높은 밀도를 갖는 하나 이상의 필름-형성성 올레핀 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 표면층을 포함하고, 45g 이상의 진작되지 않은 이면층 대 표면층 클링 강도를 갖는 2개 이상의 층으로 된 다층 필름을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장-랩핑방법.
