Claims (7)
- 절연기판과 동일면상에 다수개의 표시전극쌍을 형성하고 상기 표시전극쌍의 전면에 형성된 유전체막의 두께를 차등적으로 형성시킨 상부패널을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유전체막은 전계집중부에서 얇게 전계가용부에서는 두껍게 형성시킨 유전체막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유전체막의 두께가 5μm∼200μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주방전부의 폭은 30μm∼500μm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 절연기판상에 방전을 위한 유지전극쌍이 형성되고, 상기 유지전극쌍에 차례로 유전체막과 보호막이 형성된 AC 면방전형 PDP에 있어서; 상기 유전체막은 플라즈마 방전영역을 중심으로 유지전극쌍의 전계집중부에서 두께가 얇고 전계가용부에서 두께가 두껍게 차등적으로 테이퍼 형태로 형성하고, 상기 유전체막상에 유전체막을 보호하기 위한 보호막을 이와 동일하게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 칼라 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 유전체막은 플라즈마 방전영역을 중심으로 유지전극쌍의 전계집중부에서 두께가 얇고 전계가용부에서 두께가 두껍게 차등적으로 계단 형태로 형성하고, 상기 유전체막상에 유전체막을 보호하기 위한 보호막을 이와 동일하게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 칼라 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 유지전극쌍의 폭은 화소 피치의 80%까지 넓게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
