Description

Dustproof track of railroad

The present invention relates to an anti-vibration trajectory of railways that contributes to the protection of buildings around the railways and the improvement of ride comfort from vibrations generated when trains run on railways laid on concrete roads. The present invention relates to an anti-vibration trajectory for railways that can contribute to the maintenance and protection of anti-vibration mats and concrete grounds and track slabs by infiltration of foreign matter.

As shown in FIG. 1, rails 1 and 1 ′ are installed on the sleepers 3 provided at regular intervals on the gravel drawing 5, and the rails 1 and 1 ′ are fastened to a fastener such as a panda roll ( 6) to the sleepers (3). The gravel statue absorbs vibrations caused by the dynamic loads of traffic trains, suppresses the settlement of tracks, reduces the damage to the ground and nearby ground, and reduces the impact that the train will receive and increases ride comfort. Is not suitable for the subway section of the city. Therefore, the railway of the subway section was developed by installing the track slab 15 on the concrete ground T as shown in FIG. 2 and laying the rails (l, 1 ').

Since the concrete ground and the track slab installed here are hard, there is a need to prepare special measures against the vibration of the track, so that the dustproof material (8) is placed in the slab groove where the track slab 15 will enter the concrete ground (T). The method of laying and fixing the orbital slab 15 on the dustproof material 18 was adopted. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-17902 belongs to this class of dustproof tracks.

Such vibration tracks need to take anti-rolling means to prevent this from happening because the vibration damping material tends to be pushed out of the slab groove due to the vibration of the track slab due to the vibration and shock generated when the train passes.

In addition, there is a possibility that water droplets falling on the concrete ground may penetrate into the large concrete ground, the dustproof material, and the gap between the dustproof material and the track slab, which may cause premature aging of the dustproof material and whitening of the concrete ground and concrete islands.

The present invention is to provide an anti-vibration trajectory of the railway that can contribute to the maintenance of the anti-vibration performance by preventing the flow of the anti-vibration mat, and to protect the anti-vibration mat and the concrete ground and track slab by inhibiting the infiltration of foreign matter.

The above object is to add elasticity by forming a cushioning protrusion on the outer circumferential surface of the elastic dustproof mat placed in the slab groove formed in the concrete ground, and when the dustproof mat is laid on the slab groove of the concrete ground, before and after and both sides of the concrete ground and the track slab. The upper part of the anti-vibration mat sandwiched between the slab grooves is positioned lower than the upper end of the slab groove. The upper part of the anti-vibration mat sandwiched between the concrete ground and the track slab is forcibly sandwiched with an elastic round bar backing material between the concrete ground and the track slab. The extra space left on the backing material can be achieved by the dustproof orbit which makes the backing material stable by preventing the jammed dustproof mat from being pushed in either direction.

In FIG. 3, the dustproof material is placed in the groove of the large concrete ground T, and the track slab 25 is placed or separately manufactured and then seated, and then the rails 1, 1 'are laid on the track slab 25 and the fan is mounted. In fixing the rails 1, 1 ′ with fasteners 26, such as a drool, the dustproof material is replaced with a dustproof mat 30. The anti-vibration mat 30 is formed on one side of a flat elastic plate with a constant thickness and a buffer protrusion 34 having the same size at a constant pitch. The buffer protrusion 34 increases the elasticity of the anti-vibration mat 30 by adding a force corresponding to the height of the protrusion of the buffer protrusion 34 to the original elasticity of the anti-vibration mat 30, and the space between the buffer protrusions 34 is When the track slab is placed on the concrete base (T) and the track slab is placed, the airbag is formed between the bottom or the side of the groove to increase the vibration absorption due to the air cushion action.

In the embodiment of FIG. 4, the buffer protrusion 34 is shown as a hemispherical shape, and in Figure 5 is shown as a trapezoidal buffer protrusion 36. As such, the shape of the buffer protrusions 34 and 36 can be freely selected within a range that does not impair the function of the anti-vibration mat 30.

3 to 5, the dustproof mat 30 is placed in the groove formed in the concrete ground (T). At this time, the shock absorbing projection 34 is to go to the outside and to contact the bottom and side of the groove, the upper end of each side is to the extent to be lowered to some extent from the top of the groove. The orbital slab 25 is poured into the anti-vibration mat 30, or a separately manufactured one is seated. In this way, the anti-vibration mat 30 is crushed by the weight of the track slab 25 and frowned between the grooves on the concrete ground T, and an empty space remains between the upper ends of the anti-vibration mat 30, and here is the backing material 31. ) Is forcibly inserted.

The backup material 31 is an elastic material. The round bar is intended to prevent the anti-rolling action against the anti-vibration mat 30 without leaving the place when the track slab vibrates because of the train passing through the track.

The margin on the backing material 31 fills and seals the sealing material 32. As the seal is sealed with the sealing material 32, dust and rails are worn through the gap between the grooves and the dustproof mat 30 and between the dustproof mat 30 and the track slab 25, and when the train passes, the metal powder blown by rain, or Water and rainfall on the floor prevent rainwater from penetrating. Frames 1 and 1 'are laid after the track slab is cured.

When the train passes, the vibration transmitted to the track slab 25 through the rails (1) and 1 'is immediately transmitted to the anti-vibration mat (30). The anti-vibration mat 30 absorbs the long motion received at that time, and the buffer protrusions 34 and 36 increase the vibration absorption capacity of the anti-vibration mat 30 itself. In addition, the space between the buffer protrusions 34 and 36 serves as an air bag in cooperation with the inner surface of the slab groove formed in the concrete base (T). Due to the action of the anti-vibration mat 30, the vibration damage of the concrete ground (T) side is insignificant, and the buildings around the railway are also safe.

When the track slab 25 absorbs and exhausts the vibration mat 30, the backup material 31 prevents the dust mat 30 from being pushed out, so that the dustproof mat 30 is in a stable position until the end of its life. To perform dustproof function,

In addition, the sealing material 32 is a gap that may occur inside or outside the backup material 31 when the track slab vibrates, and the metal powder, which is generated due to friction between the dirt and the wheel of the train and the rail, may be formed on the floor. It prevents falling water soaking to protect the dustproof mat 30 and also protects the bottom and sides of the track slab 25 and the slab groove of the concrete ground (T).

As described above, in the present invention, the vibration damping mat installed to absorb the vibration to be transmitted to the concrete ground through the track slab is stabilized in the posture by the backing material, and thus, the performance of the dustproof mat does not occur.

In addition, the sealing material that fills the gap on the backing material is the track slab, the dustproof mat, the dustproof mat, and the concrete-based slab groove. It prevents the ingress of foreign matters such as rainwater during rain and rain that will affect the life of the dustproof mat and concrete. In particular, the recent rainwater is acidic, so it is very effective in preventing the aging phenomenon of the dustproof mat. At the same time, the annular elastic material backing material 31 and the sealing material 32 are installed in duplicate, so that the vibration between the dustproof mat and the track slab is relaxed and returned due to the vibration caused by frequent train operation. If one of the sealing materials fails to seal, it is very effective to seal it completely.
