Claims (5)
- 다기능 흡착능을 지닌 복합분자체 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (가) 수산화나트륨 수용액과 알루미나원을 반응시켜서 알루민산나트륨 수용액을 만드는 과정, (나) 수산화나트륨 수용액과 실리카원을 반응시켜서 규산나트륨 조성물을 만드는 과정, (다) 상기 (가)알루민산나트륨 수용액과 (나)규산나트륨 조성물을 실리카/알루미나(SiO2/Al2O3)이 몰비가 2.040.0 이 되도록 혼합하여 겔화시키는 과정, (라) 상기 겔 조성물에 대하여 활성탄 2070 중량%를 첨가하여 활성탄 기공내에 겔 조성물을 침적시키는 과정, 그리고 (마) 숙성 및 결정화 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합분자체화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (가)과정에서 알루미나원으로는 알루민산나트륨(NaAlO2), 질산알루미늄(A1(NO3)3 9H2O), 황산알루미늄(Al2(SO4)3 18H2O), 염화알루미늄(AlCl3 6H2O), 수산화알루미늄(A1(OH)3)), 알루미늄 알콕사이드 및 알루미나 겔 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합분자체 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (나)과정에서 실리카원으로는 콜로이드질 실리카, 흄드(fumed)실리카, 물유리(소디움 실리케이트 수용액) 및 실리카 겔 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합분자체 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (다)과정에서 실리카/알루미나(SiO2/Al2O3)의 몰비가 215가 되도록 겔화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합분자체 화합물의 제조방법.
- 활성탄 기공내에 A, X 또는 Y형의 제올라이트가 견고하게 생성되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 복합분자체 화합물.
