본 고안은 사이드월을 보강한 중하중용 공기입 레디알 타이어에 관한 것으로서 카카스플라이를 중심으로 그 내측 또는 외측에 2겹 이상의 동종의 유기섬유 플라이를 그 섬유코드의 방향이 서로 교차하도록 배열하되 타이어 완제품상의 섬유코드의 교차각도가 (55~60。 )의 범위내이고 삽입위치는 사이드월부위 및 비드코아를 감싸고 카카스 턴업단부를 안쪽 또는 바깥쪽으로 감싼 위치이다.The present invention relates to a heavy-duty pneumatic radial tire reinforcing sidewalls, wherein two or more layers of organic fiber plies of the same type are arranged inside or outside the carcass ply so that the directions of the fiber cords cross each other. 본 고안에 따른 트럭, 버스용 중하중용 공기입 래디알 타이어는 제2도에 도시한 바와 같이 사이드월 부위의 카카스플라이를 중심으로 그 외측에 2겹이상의 동종의 유기섬유 플라이를 그 섬유코드의 방향이 서로 교차하도록 배열하도록 배열하되 타이어 완제품상의 섬유코드의 교차 각도는 (55~60。 )의 범위내이고, 그 삽입위치는 카카스플라이 외측에서 카카스플라이를 따라 비드코아(6)를 중심으로 턴업시킨 후 카카스플라이 턴업단(3-a)에서 바깥쪽으로 감싸거나, 또는 제3도에 도시한 바와같이 카카스플라이 내측에서 카카스플라이를 따라 비드코어(6)를 중심으로 턴업시킨후 카카스플라이 턴업단(3-a)에서 카카스(3)를 안쪽으로 감싸도록 삽입됨을 특징으로 한다.Heavy-duty pneumatic radial tires for trucks and buses according to the present invention have two or more layers of the same type of organic fiber ply on the outer side of the carcass ply on the sidewall, as shown in FIG.
