Claims (4)
- (1)생은행잎을 선별하여 수세하고, 내부온도가 160 내지 180℃로 유지되는 볶음기기에 생은행잎을 넣어 10 내지 15분간 교반시키면서 1차 볶기하는 공정, (2)1차 볶기한 은행잎을 유염기에서 마찰시키면서 15 내지 20분간 유염하고 용기에 넣어, 산소를 차단하면서 90 내지 100℃의 질소가스를 30 내지 40분간 불어 넣어 은행잎을 가열·건조하는 공정, (3)건조된 은행잎을 절단 및 분쇄를 반복하여 100 내지 400메쉬의 은행잎 분말을 제조하는 공정, (4)은행잎 분말을 80 내지 85℃에서 2 내지 3시간가량 서서히 회전시키면서 볶는 공정 및, (5)2차 볶음이 완료된 은행잎차 분말 중, 400메쉬 이상의 작은 차 분말을 풍선·제거하고, 포장하는 공정을 포함하는 은행잎 분말차의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선별된 생은행잎을 40 내지 50℃의 온도를 유지하는 발효기에 넣고 더운 공기를 투입하여 60 내지 90분간 발효시키는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 은행잎 분말차의 제조방법.
- 생은행잎을 1차 볶기하고 유염한 다음, 고온의 질소가스를 불어 넣어 가열·건조하고, 절단 및 분쇄를 반복하여 100 내지 400 메쉬의 은행잎 분말을 만들어 2차 볶기한 후, 400메쉬 이상의 작은 차분말을 풍선·제거하여 제조된 비발효 은행잎 분말차.
- 생은행잎을 40 내지 50℃의 온도를 유지하는 발효기에 넣고 더운 공기를 투입하여 60 내지 90분간 발효시키고, 1차 볶기하여 유염한 다음 고온의 질소가스를 불어 넣어 가열·건조한 뒤, 절단 및 분쇄를 반복하여 100 내지 400메쉬의 은행잎 분말을 만들어 2차 볶기한 후, 400메쉬 이상의 작은 차분말을 풍선·제거하여 제조된 반발효 은행잎 분말차.
