Claims (5)
- 코일에 의해 발생되는 자계가 역위상으로 되도록 도체(1)의 반송로를 따라서 전기한 도체의 반송로와 동일축상에 이간하여 배치되는 한쌍의 검출코일(L1)(L4)보유하며, 전기한 검출코일의 인덕턴스가 상대변화하여 브릿지의 평형이 붕괴될 때 이상검출신호를 출력하는 교류브릿지회로(3)와, 전기한 검출코일의 사이에, 발생되는 자계가 서로 동위상으로 되도록 전기한 검출코일과 동일축상에 배치되어서, 전기한 브릿지가 평형한 상태에서는 발생되는 유도전류가 서로 상쇄하도록 설정되어 있는 한쌍의 공진코일(L2)(L3)과, 공진회로를 구성하기 위해 전기한 공진코일에 접속되어 있는 용량회로(4)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와류탐상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 용량회로(4)에는 전기한 공진회로의 공진주파수를 조정하기 위한 주파수조정장치가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와류탐상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 용량 회로(4)에는 전기한 공진회로의 공진 Q값을 조정하기 위한 Q값 조정장치가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와류탐상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동일한 각 주파수를 보유하고, 한쪽의 위상이 다른쪽의 위상으로부터/ 2만큼 편이되어 있으며, 그중 한쪽이 전기한 교류브릿지회로(3)에 공급되는 제1및 제2주기신호 (P1)(P2)를 발생하는 교류전원(2)과, 검출신호를 얻기 위하여 전기한 교류브릿지회로(3)의 2개의 접속점(A)(B)사이에서 발생되는 신호를 증폭하는 차동증폭기(30)와, 전기한 제1주기신호(P1)와 동기화되어서 전기한 검출신호내에 포함되어 있는 X축성분신호를 검출하는 제1위상검출회로 (50)와, 전기한 제2주기신호(P2)와 동기화되어서 전기한 검출신호내에 포함되어 있는 Y축성분신호를 검출하는 제2위상검출회로(60)와, 전기한 X축 및 Y축 성분신호에 기초한 전기한 검출신호의 벡터를 표시한 표시장치가 더 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와류탐상장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전기한 교류브릿지회로(3)에 공급되는 주기신호(P1)의 위상을 조정하기 위한 위상조정장치가 더 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와류탐상장치.
