Claims (5)
- 시멘트콘크리트 구조체의 미장된 바탕면에 아크릴계 합성수지 또는 부틸라덱스계 합성수지 100중량부에 대하여 물 15∼55중량부, 발수제 0.1∼0.5중량부소포제 0.1∼0.5중량부 및 암모니아수 0.05∼0.12중량부로 이루어진 양이온성 합성 수지액과 물 150 내지 350 중량부를 혼합시킨 양이온성 합성수지액 프라이머를 도포시키는 단계; 상기 프라이머 바탕면상에 상기 양이온성 합성수지액과 탄산칼슘 100중량부에 대하여 4∼8매쉬의 규사분 130∼160중량부, 시멘트 또는 백시멘트분말 20∼50중량부, 분산제 1.0∼3.0중량부, 접착제 0.2∼0.5중량부, 강도제 0.05∼0.3중량부 및 착색제 5∼15중량부로 이루어진 양이온성 세라믹 칼라파우더를 1 : 2∼4의 배합비로 혼합시킨 양이온성 세라믹 칼라 또는 무늬 모르타르를 0.5∼6mm의 두께로 도포시키는 단계; 및 상기 양이온성 세라믹 칼라 또는 무늬 모르타르층 위에 탑코팅 도료를 도포시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 세라믹 합성수지 모르타르 칼라·무늬바닥재의 도포방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 합성수지액과 양이온성 세라믹 칼라파우더를 혼합한 모르타르를 도포시 도포방법에 따라 물과 혼합하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 세라믹 합성수지 모르타르 칼라·무늬바닥제의 도포방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 칼라·무늬모르타르는 특수 에어리스 스프레이 1∼3개 토출건으로 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 세라믹 합성수지 모르타르 칼라·무늬바닥재의 도포방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탑코팅제가 에폭시, 우레탄 또는 아크릴계 페인트 도막제임을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 세라믹 합성수지 모르타르 칼라·무늬바닥재의 도포방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 세라믹 합성수지 모르타르 칼라·무늬바닥재가 상가 바닥층, 사무실 바닥층, 아파트 및 빌라주택 등 건물의 복도, 계단, 베란다 바닥층, 지하주차장 바닥층, 공장 바닥층, 창고 바닥층, 기타 모든 철근 콘크리트조, 또는 PC건축물의 시멘트 콘크리트 바닥층에 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 세라믹 합성수지 모르타르 칼라·무늬바닥재의 도포방법.
