Claims (10)
- (A)분자당 1~6개의 Si-결합수소원자를 가지며 그 Si-결합수소원자가 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(A)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 0.001~0.100wt%를 가진 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물과, (B) 분자당 다음일반식의 최소한 2개의 기 R2를 가지며 점도가 25°C에서 200mm2/s이하인 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물과, (C)분자당 평균적으로 최소한 10개의 Si-결합수소원자를 가지며 그 Si-결합수소원자는 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(C)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 0.4~1.7wt%를 가진 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물과, (D) Si-결합수소원자를 지방족2중결합에 부가를 촉진시키는 촉매와, 필요할 경우 (E)억제제를 구성하며, 단, 전 Si-결합수소원자와 조성물중의 전 알케닐기 -CH=CH2의 몰비가 평균 1이하이고, 그 조성물에는 성분(A)의 Si-결합수소원자당 성분(B)의 알케닐래디컬 -CH=CH2를 평균적으로 최소한 1.1개를 포함하도록 하는 양으로 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물을 구성하고, 그 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(C)의 Si-결합수소원자의 함량은 그 조성물에 존재한 전 Si-결합수소원자의 수를 기준으로 하여 5~50% 임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.-R-(CH=CH2)X-1(일반식)위식에서, R은 탄소원자 1-12개를 가진 2가, 3가 또는 4가의 탄화수소래디컬이고,X는 래디컬 R의 정의에 따라 2,3 또는 4이다.
- 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(A)는 다음일반식(I)의 하나임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.위식에서,R1은 같거나 다르며 탄소원자 1-18개를 가지고 SiC-결합하며 선택적으로 할로겐화시킨 탄화수소래디컬이고,e 는 0 또는 1이며 평균 0.001~0.1이며,f 는 0,1,2 또는 3이고 평균 1.0~2.0이며 e+f 의 합은 3이하이다.단, 그 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(A)에는 1-6개의 Si-결합수소원자를 포함하며 그, Si-결합수소는 그 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물 (A)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 0.001~0.100wt%가진다.
- 그 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(A)는 다음일반식(II)의 오르가노폴리실록산임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.위식에서 R1은 같거나 다르며, 탄소원자 1-18개를 가진, SiC-결합되고 선택적으로 할로겐화시킨 탄화수소래디컬이고,d 는 같거나 다르며 0 또는 1이며,0 는 10~1000의 정수이고,p 는 0 또는 1~6 의 정수이다.단, 그 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(A)에는 분자당 1-6개의 Si-결합수소원자가 포함되며 그 Si-결합수소는 그 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(A)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 0.001~0.100wt%를 가진다.
- 그 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(B)은 분자당 최소한 3개의 알케닐기-CH=CH2를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(B)에서 다음일반식의 기 R2의 함량은 전 SiC-결합래디컬의 수를 기준으로 하여 10% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.위식에서, R은 탄소원자 1-12개를 가진 2가, 3가 또는 4가의 탄화수소래디컬이고, X는 래디컬 R의 정의에 따라 2,3 또는 4이다.
- 성분(B)는 사용한 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(A) 100중량부당 1-25중량부로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(C)는 다음일반식(V)의 단위중 하나임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.위식에서,R4같거나 다르며, R1의 정의(같거나 다르며 탄소원자 1-18개를 가진, SiC-결합되고, 선택적으로 할로겐화시킨 탄화수소래디컬)중 하나이고,g 는 0 또는 1이고 평균 0.2~1.0이며,h 는 0,1,2 또는 3이고, 평균 1.0~1.8이며 g+h의 합은 3이하이다.단 그 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(C)는 최소한 10개의 Si-결합수소원자를 포함하며, 이들의 Si-결합수소원자는 그 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(C)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 0.4~1.7wt% 를 가진다.
- 그 폴리머오르가노실리콘화합물(C)는 다음일반식(VI)의 오르가노폴리실록산을 특징으로 하는 조성물.위식에서 R4는 같거나 다르며, R1의 정의(같거나 다르며 탄소원자 1-18개를 가진, SiC-결합되고 선택적으로 할로겐화시킨 탄화수소래디컬)를 가지며,i 은 같거나 다르며 0 또는 1이고k 는 0 또는 1-50의 정수이며,1는 10-60의 정수이고 k+1 의 합은 70이하이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 억제제(E)가 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 비점착코팅 제조에 쓰이는 제 1 항의 조성물의 사용.
