Abstract
Description
PVI値=(60rpm時の粘度[mPa・s])÷(6rpm時の粘度[mPa・s])
米国自動車安全基準FMVSS302の試験方法に準拠して評価した。
得られた合成皮革の裏面に、厚さ1.3mmの軟質ウレタンフォーム(EL68F、株式会社イノアックコーポレーション製、比重0.03g/cm3)と、裏布としてナイロンハーフトリコットをフレームラミネート法により積層一体化して、複合積層体とし、前記複合積層体を幅100mm、長さ350mmに裁断した試験片の端部に、ガスバーナーで15秒間接炎させて着火操作を行い、着火した炎が端部から38mmの位置に設けた標線を越えてから消火するまでの距離と時間を測定した。タテ方向、ヨコ方向でそれぞれ5点ずつ測定し、燃焼速度を算出し、最も燃えたものについて以下の基準に従って判定した。
A:試験片に着火しなかったもの、または、着火した炎が標線前に消火したもの
B:燃焼速度の最大値が80mm/分以下のもの
C:燃焼速度の最大値が80mm/分を超えるもの
処方1
・ポリカーボネート系ポリウレタン樹脂:100質量部
(クリスボンNY−328、固形分20質量%、DIC株式会社製)
・黄色顔料:16質量部
(酸化チタンを主成分とし、鉄および亜鉛を含有する複合酸化物黄色顔料、L−7875S、固形分35質量%、粘度2,300mPa・s、PVI値0.43、DIC株式会社製)
・白色顔料(酸化チタン):1.5質量部
(L−1781S、固形分40質量%、DIC株式会社製)
・茶色顔料(酸化鉄):3質量部
(L−1777S、固形分30質量%、DIC株式会社製)
・溶剤(ジメチルホルムアミド):40質量部
上記処方1において、黄色顔料を、クロムチタンイエロー(L−8299S、Ti−Cr−Sb系、固形分35質量%、粘度2,400mPa・s、PVI値0.49、DIC株式会社製)に変更した以外は、全て実施例1と同様にして難燃性合成皮革を得た。得られた合成皮革の難燃性の評価は「A」であり、良好な難燃性を有するものであった。
ポリエステルトリコット布に、難燃剤(HF−2300、トリフェニルホスフィンオキシド、固形分50質量%、日華化学株式会社製)を7%owfで130℃30分間浴中処理した以外は、すべて実施例1と同様にして難燃性合成皮革を得た。得られた合成皮革の難燃性の評価は「A」であり、良好な難燃性を有するものであった。
上記処方1において、黄色顔料を、酸化鉄(L−1778S、固形分30質量%、粘度19,000mPa・s、PVI値0.20、DIC株式会社製)に変更した以外は、全て実施例1と同様にして合成皮革を得た。得られた合成皮革の難燃性の評価は「C」であった。
上記処方1において、黄色顔料を、酸化鉄(L−1778S、固形分30質量%、粘度19,000mPa・s、PVI値0.20、DIC株式会社製)に変更した以外は、すべて実施例3と同様にして合成皮革を得た。得られた合成皮革の難燃性の評価は「B」であった。
Claims (7)
- 繊維質基材上に、ポリウレタン樹脂からなる表皮層を積層してなる難燃性合成皮革において、前記表皮層が、黄色顔料として、酸化チタンを含む複合酸化物顔料を含有する、ことを特徴とする難燃性合成皮革。
- 前記酸化チタンを含む複合酸化物顔料が、アンチモン、ニッケル、クロム、鉄、亜鉛、モリブデン、タングステン、及びニオブからなる群から選ばれた1種または2種の金属とともに酸化チタンを含む複合酸化物顔料である、請求項1に記載の難燃性合成皮革。
- 前記酸化チタンを含む複合酸化物顔料が、クロムチタンイエロー、および/または、酸化チタンに鉄および亜鉛を含有させた複合酸化物顔料である、請求項1に記載の難燃性合成皮革。
- 前記酸化チタンを含む複合酸化物顔料は、固形分濃度35質量%の顔料液について温度23℃で測定した粘度が500〜10,000mPa・sである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性合成皮革。
- 前記酸化チタンを含む複合酸化物顔料は、固形分濃度35質量%の顔料液について温度23℃で測定したPVI(Printing Viscosity Index)値が0.3〜0.8である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性合成皮革。
- 前記ポリウレタン樹脂が、ポリカーボネート系ポリウレタン樹脂を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性合成皮革。
- 繊維質基材上に、ポリウレタン樹脂からなる表皮層を積層してなる難燃性合成皮革の製造方法であって、黄色顔料として酸化チタンを含む複合酸化物顔料を混合したポリウレタン樹脂組成物を、(1)繊維質基材に塗布するか、または(2)離型性基材上に塗布して塗布面に繊維質基材を貼り合わせる、ことを特徴とする難燃性合成皮革の製造方法。
