位置を問わずブロー成形中にブロー型内に溶融樹脂を射
出成形することにより任意の場所において一体で得られ

従来、ブロー成形品の取付は部等の機能部品はパリソン

形した機能部品を加熱してインサートシ、ブロー成形を
行って得ていた。しかし、パリソンで型締め力やスライ
ドコアーで押し潰す方法では、機能部品は型割り面でし
か得ることができず、場所によっては型割り面が複雑に
なり、機能部品を設ける場所に制約が生じるし、別個に
成形した機能部品を加熱してインサートシ、ブローを行
ってもインサート部品とブロー成形品と接着力が弱くバ
ラツキも大きくて、品質安定性に欠けたものになる。

本発明は、前記事情に基づいてなされたものであり、取
付は部等の機能部品を場所を選ばず設けたブロー成形品

品との密着力も別個に成形した機能部品をインサート成
形した協会よりも溶融′M島をブロー成形中に融合させ
るため強いものが得られる。しかも、インサート成形で
対応できなかった複雑形状なものも可能である。
よって、本発明は、機能部分を任意の場所に設けた中空
成形品を簡便に提供できるものであり、従来よりの問題
