インクジェットヘッドが得られた。その上、製造技術的
には何らの熟練を必要とするものではなく、容易に製造
でき、しかも量産性に優れている。このためデバイスコ
ストの大巾な低減が可能となった。さらに、積層アクチ
ュエーターの使用により駆動電圧を大巾に小さくするこ
とができ、駆動回路が簡単になり信頼性が向上するとと
