がある。(Prior Art) In general, the floor of a cold storage box is equipped with a floor rail plate with a plurality of parallel protrusions formed on the top surface for cold air circulation and drainage on the bottom side of the cargo stored in the box. As the upper surface board, a flooring material in which a joist and a heat insulating layer are arranged between the upper and lower surface boards is used. However, the floor rail board and the joist are connected by screwing at key points, but in order to make the screwed parts waterproof or airtight, the heads of the screws are usually sealed by welding. There is. For this reason, the above-mentioned welding requires a lot of effort when manufacturing flooring materials, and in particular, when the cold storage box becomes large, the number of welding steps becomes extremely large due to the large number of screws, and the welded screws are welded. It has the disadvantage that it looks bad because it is exposed.

As shown in the figure, a joist 3 on the lower surface board 2 is located adjacent to the floor rail boards 1, 1 having a constant width and having a plurality of parallel T-shaped protrusions 1a, 1a... on the upper surface side.
One side end piece 1b is screwed with wood screws 4, and the other side end piece 1c is overlapped to cover the screwed part and welded 5, thereby welding each screw head. A method has been proposed to eliminate the need and improve the appearance (Utility Model Publication No. 58-51589, etc.). However, in such a configuration, the side edges of the floor rail board 1 have a complicated shape, resulting in high production costs, and if the screws are to be fixed only at one end of each floor rail board 1, the joists 3 In order to avoid this, the same problem as mentioned above will occur if the intermediate portion is also screwed.

This solves the problems of complicating the shape of the side edges and reducing joint strength when screwing adjacent parts of rail plates, and provides a flooring material that is easy to manufacture, has a good appearance, and is low cost. It is intended to.

This avoids exposure to the outside world. That is, in the present invention, at least a part of the protruding part of the floor rail board is formed into a hollow shape, and a screw member is screwed into the hollow part of the protruding part from the lower surface side through the joist, so that the floor rail board and the joist are connected to each other. The main feature is a flooring material for a cold storage box that is made by combining wood with wood.

The floor rail board 11 and the joist 14 are coupled and fixed by tapping screws 18 that penetrate through the ridges 14 and are screwed into the intermediate portion 13a of the protrusion 13 from below. 19 is a blind lid fitted into the hole 17. Incidentally, a recess 20 continuous in the longitudinal direction is formed on the top surface of each of the protrusions 12 and 13 for the purpose of reducing the contact area with the bottom surface of the stored cargo and promoting cold air circulation to further enhance the cold insulation effect. Furthermore, the bottom portion of the hollow portion 13a is formed thicker than the other flat portions in order to increase the bonding strength. Furthermore, the adjacent floor rail plates 11, 11 are joined by welding 21 at their butting side ends.

Guide holes for inserting the tapping screws 18 are pre-drilled in the bottom of the 3a and at the required positions of the joist 14, and the floor rail plates 11, 11... of a certain width are welded together at their ends to form the required width. This floor rail board 11, 11 is made into one piece and is placed upside down.
...A bonded or screwed combination of the joist 14 and the lower surface board 15 is placed on top with the lower surface board 15 on top, and the tapping screws 18 are screwed in using the guide holes to connect the floor rail board 11 and the joist. The heat insulating layer 16 is manufactured by bonding and fixing the wood 14 and finally injecting and foaming a foamable resin composition into the space between the floor rail board 11 and the lower surface board 15. In addition, each hollow part 13a is welded and sealed with a blind lid at both end openings. Further, the lower surface board 15 is attached to the joist 14 after the floor rail board 11 and the joist 14 are connected.

are formed alternately in parallel, but the arrangement ratio, arrangement position, and shape of the protrusions in the hollow part, as well as the shape of the non-hollow protrusions, can be changed in various ways. Although it is possible to make all the protrusions hollow, it is preferable to use screw-fastening parts because this reduces the cross-sectional area of the space between each protrusion, that is, the cold air circulation space at the bottom of the cold storage box. It is preferable that only the protruding portions that are formed are hollow.

コンテナ用として適している。(Effect of the invention) In the flooring material of the cold storage box according to the invention, the floor rail board and the joist are screwed inside the hollow part of the protrusion of the floor rail board, and the gap between the screwed parts is Because it is completely shielded from the space above the rail board,
This eliminates the need for the conventional process of welding and sealing each screwed part for airtightness and waterproofing, making it extremely easy to manufacture, and since the screw parts used for screwing are not exposed to the outside, the appearance is improved. In good condition. Furthermore, since adjacent floor rail plates need only be joined by welding at their abutting side ends, there is no need to form both ends of the floor rail plates into a complicated shape, and there is an advantage that the floor rail plates can be manufactured at low cost. Moreover, the presence of the hollow protrusions improves the strength of the floor rail plate, making it suitable for use in refrigerated cars and refrigerated containers that are susceptible to severe external forces such as vibrations.
