本考案は機器内に配線する組電線の製造を容易
にし、機器への取着を的確かつ簡便にする組電線

孔4を同心状に組合せ、ボルトによつて車体要部
に固着する。しかし、電線3を巻着する接続部2
は厚肉の立体形状となるので前記の取着作業のと
き、接続部2は相互干渉して板状の取着部1の正
確な組合せが極めて困難となり、円滑な作業を阻
害する。例えば第2図のように板端子の軸心を一
致させて積重し図示A方向にボルト締めすると
き、当該板端子を組合せ、位置決めし、手で保持
し、締め付けする、一連の作業は極めて困難であ
り、また取着部の基部1Aは当然に変形して腰折
れ現象を生ずると共に、充分なトルクで緊締して
も取着部板間に間隙5を残存し、円満な電線端子
機能を阻害する。一方、前記の難作業を緩和する
ため接続部2およびその近傍をテープ巻きして組
合せ固定する方法が採用されるが、テープ巻きの
とき、取着孔芯の一致が困難である。以上から、
その改良されたものとして第3,4図に示すよう
に、単一の取着部1に複数の接続部2を連設した
複式板端子が公用されるが、量産システムにおけ
る生産性上の難点は解消し得ない。即ち、第5図
示A,B,Cの手順に従つて2個の組電線要素
6,7に分岐線6A,7Aを付設し、共通回路と
なる幹線最終端に複式板端子8を接続して組電線
を生産し配設するとき、所要の組電線要素を組合
せて接続部圧着機によるかしめ加工を不可欠とす
るため、多数の分岐線を連結する長尺多数の組電
線要素を所定位置へ運般し、加工し、整理する等
の煩雑作業を伴う。従つて、コンベアーラインで
前記かしめ加工が施され直ちに配設作業が要求さ
れる近代量産システムにおいて非能率不合理な工
程が介在し、当該組電線の生産性を著しく阻害す

る。そして2個の板端子の係止部10が相互に嵌
合するよう間隙13は雄係止片11を緩かに遊嵌
する間隙量が定められ、雄係止片11と雌係止片
12は同一幅同一長を有し、かつ前記嵌合のとき
正確な嵌合状態とするため、雄係止片11の端縁
11A、雌係止片12の端縁12A、および雄係
止片11と雌係止片12の接点隆面(間隙13の
終端)13Aはそれぞれ図示のように取着孔4の
法線4B,4C,4Dと重合する正確な直線形状

子9を事前に接続し、コンベアーラインにおける
組電線配設時に前記のワンタツチ嵌着によつて組
電線を完成できるので、従来の煩雑工程を完全に
解消し、生産性を著しく改良する効果がある。ま
た同形同大の板端子による相互嵌着の特徴によつ
て単一型による量産を可能にし、安価に提供でき
