In the above conventional example, as shown in FIG. 12, when a large vertical load W is applied near the joint, the buffer 12 in this part sinks, so shear stress is applied to the base of the joint protrusion 15. There were cases where the bonding convex portion 15 was broken due to concentration of the bonding convex portion 15. As a result, the joints may sink due to the load, creating a level difference or becoming uneven.

In addition, as shown in Figure 11, if the part of the buffer body 12 that protrudes outward from the plywood decorative floor board is fixed by nailing to the concrete floor 13, the soft buffer body 1
2, the nail 14 is not effective enough, the holding force becomes uneven, local "lifting" is likely to occur due to the elastic restoring force of the buffer body 12, and there is also a gap at the joint. When the next flooring material is hammered in strongly, the nail 14 will move relatively inside the buffer body 12 and the previously installed flooring material will shift, so the nail 14 will not be able to connect with the joint recess 16 between the two. There was a drawback that it was difficult to fit the convex portion 15 exactly.

Another object of the present invention is to prevent the occurrence of local "lifting" due to the elastic restoring force of the shock absorber, and to prevent gaps from forming at the joints even when the next flooring material is pounded strongly. To prevent materials from shifting and to easily and reliably obtain a beautiful finished state in which they are flush with each other and have no gaps at joints.

The feature of the second invention is that, on the lower surface of the rectangular decorative plywood floorboard, there are plywood subboards each having approximately the same width and length as the decorative floorboard, and a cushioning body affixed to the lower surface thereof. A rectangular base material made of the above-mentioned plywood decorative floor board is pasted on two adjacent sides of the plywood decorative floor board in a state protruding outward from the plywood decorative floor board, and bonding recesses are formed on the four peripheral end faces of the plywood decorative floor board. A decorative flooring material for direct application in which an inlet and a convex portion are formed is placed on a building frame such as a concrete floor, and the portion of the base material that protrudes outward from the plywood decorative flooring is attached to the building. Nails are nailed into the frame, and adjacent to this decorative flooring material for direct pasting, another decorative flooring material for direct pasting having the same shape as the decorative flooring material for direct pasting is attached to the recessed part for joining and the convex part for joining. At the same time, the part of the base material of the decorative flooring material for direct application that protrudes outward from the plywood decorative flooring board is nailed to the building framework in a state where the two are fitted together. , and thereafter, the same process is repeated one after another to form a wooden decorative floor.

According to the configuration of the first invention, when a large vertical load is applied to the joint, the stress is dispersed by the plywood structure, suppressing local sinking of the buffer body, and even if the buffer body sinks, It will gradually sink to an even state over a wide area. Therefore, shearing stress does not concentrate on the joining projection, and the joining projection is prevented from breaking.

According to the configuration of the second aspect of the invention, the following effects are achieved. In other words, when nailing the part of the base material that protrudes outward from the plywood decorative floorboard onto a building frame such as a concrete floor, there is a plywood backing plate on the top of the buffer, so the nails are Effective, decorative flooring materials can be used even if there are convexities on the surface of the structure! ! The city will be firmly fixed without lifting or moving. In addition, since the nail penetrates the plywood mounting board, when hammering into the joint part with the joint concave part and joint convex part of the adjacent decorative flooring material fitted together, make sure to There is no risk that the decorative flooring material installed on the floor will move.

The buffer body 4 needs to be soft to a certain extent so that even if there is a slight unevenness on the concrete floor, the buffer body can fit snugly by partially recessing. In addition, in order to prevent the generation of floor impact noise, a material with sound insulation and sound absorption effects is required, and since houses have a long service life, it is necessary to select a material whose physical properties do not change easily even after long-term use. Specifically, organic fiberboards such as insulation boards, inorganic fiberboards such as glass fiberboards and rock wool boards, or organic-inorganic composite fiberboards are preferably used. These include preservatives,
It may be a synthetic resin foam, synthetic rubber, or foamed synthetic rubber, such as polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, or polyurethane, which may be impregnated with asphalt pinch for waterproofing. In addition, fibrous materials such as felt, needle punch, carpet, thick canvas, and honeycombs made of various materials can also be used. These buffers 4 are appropriately selected depending on the performance required for the floor, and may be used in combination as necessary. The thickness of the cushioning body 4 needs to be adjusted depending on the degree of unevenness of the floor surface, but specifically, if the floor surface convexity is within 51mm, the thickness of the cushioning body 4 is suitably 8 to 101cm. Further, the buffer body 4 may be a single plate-like material, but it may also be a rod-like material that is attached to the lower surface of the sub-board 3 with a slight interval, or it may have a hole or a buffer material. Appropriately shaped recesses may be arranged and formed on the body surface (not shown).

The decorative floorboard 1 and the base material 2 are bonded together using a known wood adhesive. At this time, as mentioned above, the base material 2 is moved outward from the decorative floorboard 1 by 50 to 50° on two adjacent sides of the decorative floorboard 1.
70 fins are made to protrude to form the protruding portion 7. If the width of this protrusion 7 is not made as accurate as possible, the base materials will collide with each other during construction, creating gaps in the decorative floorboards, so care must be taken.

To construct a wood-based decorative floor using the above-mentioned direct-applying decorative flooring material, first, as shown in Figure 10, concrete floor C.
Apply a known concrete adhesive to a predetermined part using a comb trowel.Next, place the decorative flooring material A in a predetermined position.
An appropriate number of nails 9 are driven into the protrusion part 7 so as to press the entire decorative flooring material against the floor surface and fix it. Next, to install the decorative flooring material B, apply an adhesive to the concrete floor C as described above, and then apply a known wood adhesive to the protrusion 7 to the decorative flooring material, and attach the decorative flooring material B to the joining groove. Fit it into the decorative flooring material A using the entry part 5 and the convex part 6, and tap the end surface 3a of the subboard 3 to prevent any gap from forming at the joint part, and while pressing it against the floor surface, insert the nail into the decorative flooring material A from the protruding part 7. Hit 9 to fix it.

Incidentally, if there are convex portions 10 of five cranes or more on the floor surface, they are ground down with a grinder, and if there are concave portions, they are filled with adhesive or the like. If the floor surface is extremely uneven, it is desirable to use a mortar finish or self-leveling material to make the floor surface as level as possible. Although not shown, the method of the present invention can be suitably applied not only to concrete floors but also to wooden floor substrates.

That is, according to the configuration of the first invention, even if a large vertical load is applied to the joint, the stress is dispersed by the plywood sub-assembly, and local sinking of the shock absorber is suppressed. Therefore, even if a large vertical load is applied to the joint, shear stress does not concentrate on the joint, preventing the joint from breaking, and preventing the occurrence of cracks and unevenness in the joint caused by joint rupture. .

According to the configuration of the second invention, when the part of the base material that protrudes outward from the plywood decorative floorboard is nailed and fixed onto the building frame such as a concrete floor, a plywood-type secondary plate is attached to the top surface of the buffer. Because there are boards, nails are effective, and the decorative flooring material is firmly fixed without lifting or shifting of the cushioning material even if there are convexities on the surface of the structure. In addition, since the nails pass through the plywood backing plate, when hammering into the joint so that there is no gap between the joint recesses and joint protrusions of the adjacent decorative flooring materials, it is necessary to There is no risk that the decorative flooring material installed on the floor will move.
