Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit both-side embossing with one process, by a method wherein an infrared ray heater and two embossing rolls, forwardly rotating immediately after the heater, are arranged up-and-down and a vinyl chloride sheet, heated and softened by the infrared ray heater, is passed between the embossing rolls. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride sheet 1, whose upper surface is heated by an infrared ray heater (a) to the temperature of about 140 deg.C, is embossed on the upper surface during passing through an initial embossing section, in which an embossing roll is arranged on the upper side of the sheet and a rubber roll is arranged at the lower side of the same. Thereafter, the lower surface of the sheet is heated by the infrared ray heater to the temperature of about 140 deg.C to the next embossing section; then, the sheet passes through the next embossing section, in which the rubber roll is arranged on the sheet while the embossing roll is arranged at the lower side of the sheet. The sheet passed through these two embossing sections is embossed on both surfaces. Immediately after embossing, the mating of embosses on both surfaces is adjusted by the rubber roll 3a and the rubber roll 3b. Thereafter, the sheet is cooled and cut in the next process.

の工程では、絞は表皮材の片面にしか付けられず、ドア
トリムの様に左右のあるものの裁断仕掛かり品は絞の裏
表があるため古川と左角の2つの置き場を作らなければ
ならなかった。

が悪かった。
