Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the mutual communication between facsimile equipments of different communication systems by transmitting the address information as picture signals to a relay facsimile equipment that can have communication with both facsimile equipments for relaying those picture signals. CONSTITUTION:When the information is transmitted to a GIV device 3 from a GIII device, the relay request information and the address information are written onto an OMR sheet 22 in a prescribed format.
