Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基台上の被加工材搬入路の両側に立設され
た一対の各支持体に、両支持体間に搬入される被
加工材を位置決めする位置決め機構および被加工
材に開先加工を行なう切削機構を昇降移動可能に
設けた開先加工装置において、 上記位置決め機構は、支軸によつて回転自在に
軸架され、回転方向外周部に上記被加工材が当接
する上記支軸を中心とした円弧状のストツパ面を
設けると共にこのストツパ面の回転方向に連続し
てストツパ面の円弧軌跡よりも内径方向に位置す
る逃げ部を設け、かつ、スプリングによつてスト
ツパ面を被加工材の端面方向に向けるように付勢
したストツパを備えたことを特徴とする開先加工
装置。 (2) 位置決め機構は、回転軸を中心として回動
可能としその回転軸から離反した位置にストツパ
を設けたストツパ支持部材を備えると共に、スト
ツパに被加工材が当接して位置決めする前の回動
位置からストツパに被加工材が当接して位置決め
する回動位置へのストツパ支持部材の回動を検知
する検知器を備えたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項記載の開先加工装置。
