Conventional technology Asphalt pavement waste material (hereinafter referred to as "waste material") dug up during road construction, etc. has been heated and recycled and used as asphalt mix material, but the waste material dryer that heats this waste material is installed separately on the factory premises. They are rarely installed in the area, and are usually installed alongside asphalt plants that produce new asphalt mix materials, and the amount of waste material processing equipment is also very small compared to the amount of new mix materials produced by asphalt plants.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In order to efficiently heat both new aggregate and waste materials, a new dryer for heating aggregates and a dryer for heating waste materials are required for asphalt plants, but it is necessary to have dryers for each. If that happens, the economic burden will be large.

Function: In the asphalt plant of the present invention, new aggregate and waste material are heated separately in drums. When heating waste materials in a drum, the waste materials are fed into the drum and hot air is sent in by a burner in the same direction as the moving direction of the waste materials to heat the waste materials using a co-current heating method. Then, a part of the cooled exhaust gas that is led out from the drum to the exhaust flue is sucked up by an exhaust fan installed in the exhaust gas circulation piping, and guided into the combustion chamber of the burner to lower the temperature of the hot air sent into the drum. This prevents the waste material from being extremely heated. The heated waste material is lifted to the upper part of the plant via the hot elevator, and by switching the damper for changing the route of the discharge chute of the hot elevator, it is dropped into the branch chute and stored in the waste material storage bin.

When heating new aggregate, the exhaust fan installed in the exhaust gas circulation pipe connected to the drum's exhaust flue is stopped, and high-temperature hot air flows into the drum without circulating the exhaust gas into the combustion chamber of the burner. Feed the new aggregate and heat it using the parallel current heating method. The heated new aggregate is stored in aggregate storage bins in the plant main body via a hot elevator according to particle size.

Based on the formulation of the asphalt mixture to be manufactured, aggregates of various particle sizes are weighed in an aggregate measuring tank and fed into the mixer, and if necessary, waste materials to be stored in a waste storage bin are placed in a waste material measuring tank. The amount is measured and put into a mixer, and then asphalt and stone powder are added to produce an asphalt mixture.

5 is a burner that forms a flame in a combustion chamber 6 and sends hot air into the drum 3, while a belt conveyor 7 feeds new aggregate or waste material into the drum 3, and heats it to a desired temperature by co-current heating. The temperature is rising to. The hot air sent into the drum 3 is led out from an exhaust flue 8 at the other end of the drum 3, passes through a known dust collector (not shown), and is discharged into the atmosphere from a chimney. The exhaust flue 8 is provided with an exhaust gas circulation pipe 9 for guiding part of the exhaust gas to the combustion chamber 6, and a damper 10 for adjusting air volume and an exhaust air fill are arranged in the middle of the pipe 9. There is. This exhaust fan 11 is driven when heating the waste material, circulates a part of the exhaust gas to the combustion chamber 6 while adjusting the air volume adjustment damper 10, lowers the temperature of the hot air sent into the drum 3, and extremely heats the waste material. This is to prevent it from happening. Therefore, when heating new aggregate, the damper 10 is closed and the exhaust fan 11 is not driven.
