Claims (1)
交流電流が印加される検出コイル部からなる渦流
センサーを備え、センサのインピーダンスの変化
を湯面と渦流センサーとの距離の関数としてとら
える連続鋳造設備の鋳型内湯面計において、渦流
センサーのノイズ源となる電磁攪拌の影響を除去
するため、電磁攪拌装置に印加する交流電流の基
本波および基本波から発生する高調波分を渦流セ
ンサの出力値から除去するフイルタを備えたこと
を特徴とする渦流式連続鋳造鋳型内湯面計。 Continuous casting equipment is equipped with an eddy current sensor consisting of a detection coil section that is placed opposite to the molten metal surface to be measured in the mold and to which an alternating current is applied, and detects changes in sensor impedance as a function of the distance between the molten metal surface and the eddy current sensor. In order to eliminate the influence of electromagnetic stirring, which is a noise source for the eddy current sensor, in the mold level gauge of equipment, the fundamental wave of the alternating current applied to the electromagnetic stirring device and the harmonics generated from the fundamental wave are calculated as the output value of the eddy current sensor. A vortex-type continuous casting mold in-mold level gauge characterized by being equipped with a filter that removes water from the mold.
