第１図乃至第３図は本考案の第１実施例を示す
ものであり、第１図は半導体素子の樹脂封止成形
用金型装置の要部を示す正面図、第２図はその要
部を拡大して示す一部切欠正面図、第３図はその
下型部分の平面図である。第４図及び第５図は本
考案の第２実施例及び第３実施例を示すものであ
り、いずれもその下型部分の平面図である。第６
図及び第７図は本考案のに第４実施例を示すもの
であり、第６図は金型装置の要部を示す一部切欠
縦断正面図、第７図は第６図Ａ―Ａ線における一
部切欠縦断側面図で、各エジエクターピンはいず
れも型締時の状態を示している。 ２…固定側金型（上型）、３…可動側金型（下
型）、４ａ，４ｂ…センターブロツク、５ａ，５
ｂ…キヤビテイブロツク、６…ポツト、７…プラ
ンジヤー、８２…ランナ、９１，９２…キヤビテ

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 固定側の金型と、該固定側金型に対向して配置
    した可動側の金型とを備えた半導体素子の樹脂封
    止成形用金型装置において、上記両金型のいずれ
    か一方の金型側に少なくとも２本１組から成る樹
    脂材料加圧用のプランジヤー及び樹脂材料供給用
    のポツトを夫々各別に配設し、また、上記両金型
    の対向面には、上記各ポツトの夫々に各別に連通
    させた溶融樹脂材料の移送用ランナと、該各ラン
    ナの夫々にゲートを介して連通させた所要数の半
    導体素子の樹脂封止成形用キヤビテイとを配設し
    た少なくとも２個１組から成るキヤビテイブロツ
    クを夫々各別に装着すると共に、上記１組のキヤ
    ビテイブロツクにおける夫々のキヤビテイ形状を
    互いに異なる種類の形状の組合せにより設定して
    構成したことを特徴とする半導体素子の樹脂封止
    成形用金型装置。
