Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は中底部を有する胛被又は靴下状裏布を
有する射出成形靴の製造法に係るもので、成形時
に密閉モールドからエア等の残留気体を排出させ
ることにより、その残留気体による成形体への悪
影響を排除し、商品価値の高い射出成形靴を製造

し、成形した本底と中底部とをより強固に接着さ
せる目的で中底部の本底との接着する面に接着剤
を塗布したり、あるいは丈夫な中底部とするため
に接着剤によつて2枚の布を貼り合せた材料を適
用したりした場合は中底部の通気性がなく、且つ
モールドとして密閉式となつているので、エアの
逃げ道がなく、このエアは射出樹脂の流れに乗つ
てモールド内を流動し、この流動した軌跡が業界
で一般に「フラツシユマーク」と称される流れ模
様状の傷を成形体表面に形成する不都合があり、
またあるいは靴下状裏布や胛被の中底部と成形体
との接合界面にエアが残留し、このエアの存在す
る部分で中底部と成形体とが接着不良となり、そ
の部分の中底部が火ぶくれ状に盛り上つた不体裁
な形状に構成されてしまうばかりでなく、この靴
の履用中に接着不良のその火ぶくれ状の盛り上り
