【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、杭打装置等に用いられる地中穿孔機

されたリーダ2にオーガマシン3、反力受け4、
モンケン5および排土装置6がそれぞれ上下動可

ヤ7にて吊り下げ支持されている。そして排土装
置6の下端に中空杭8の上端が当接され、この排
土装置6を介して中空杭8が地中に圧入されるよ
うになつている。9はオーガマシン3と排土装置
6を連結する圧入用の油圧シリンダである。上記
オーガマシン3に連結した穿孔用のロツド10は
排土装置6を貫通して中空杭8内に挿入され、こ
れの先端に装置したカツタ11にて中空杭8の先
端下方を掘削し、これに従つて上記中空杭8を圧
入していくようになつている。このときの掘削土
砂はロツド10の先端から噴出される圧縮空気に
て中空杭8内を搬送され、排土装置6の側壁に設
けた排出口より排出されるが、この排出土砂は上
向きの方向にかなりの速度をもつて排出されてく
るためこれが排出口に衝突して周囲に飛散する場

に2つ割りした杭キヤツプ19a,19bが開閉
可能に取付けてある。20a,20bはこの各杭
キヤツプ19a,19bを開閉するシリンダ装置
である。また上記排土装置15の外筒16の下部
側面にシリンダ装置21にて開閉可能にした補助

いて、上記排土装置15を、外筒16と内筒17
とで2重管構造とし、かつ上記内筒17の上端を
外筒16内上部で開放し、また外筒16の下端に
この外筒16と内筒17間のドーナツ状の空間底
部を構成する杭キヤツプ19a,19bを開閉可
能に設けた構成としたから、排土装置15内に排
出されてきた土砂を排土装置15の外筒16と内
筒17の間のドーナツ状の空間に一時ストツク
し、穿孔終了後、杭キヤツプ19a,19bを開
いて適当なところへ排出することができ、穿孔中
において、地中穿孔機の周囲に土砂が飛散するの
を完全に防止でき土砂散の飛散による二次公害を
防止することができる。また上記排出土砂はまと
めてダンプトラツク等のベツセルに落下させるこ

筒17間のドーナツ状の空間底部を構成する杭キ
ヤツプ19a,19bを開閉可能に設けたことを
