Abstract

PURPOSE:To fold the long recording paper reliably and to contain in the housing by providing a crease reproducing member and a crease compressing member for applying impact in the creasing direction of recording paper having zigzag crease upon recording of informations. CONSTITUTION:Recording paper 3 recorded with informations through recorder 8 is fed over a crease reproducing member 9 of folding device arranged at the upper section of truck 2. The impeller section 12 to be rotated by a motor on said member 9 will apply impact onto the recording paper 3 thus to reproduce the crease 3a. Then the recording paper 3 is fed into the crease compressing member 7 arranged in the housing 4 to compress the crease 3a of recording paper 3 downward through rotation of belt 5 having a projection 6. Consequently, the recording paper 3 is folded correctly along the crease 3a and contained reliably in the housing 4.

In such a case, the total length of the recording paper is as much as 1000 m, so the height of the recording paper after recording when folded in a zigzag shape is approximately 800 m. When long lengths of recording paper are automatically folded and stacked using conventional equipment, the paper may bulge without being folded at the crease, spilling out of the housing it is stored in, or inside the housing. Even if it was inserted, there was a problem that the folds would bulge, making it too high to store.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As described above, the present invention solves the problem that the recording paper cannot be completely folded at the crease position in the case of long-time recording, which has been a problem with conventional recording paper folding devices. To provide a recording paper folding device that solves the problem of paper spilling outside of a housing where it is to be stored, and can continuously and reliably fold and store recording paper in a housing even when automatic measurement recording is performed over a long period of time. The purpose is to

[Means for Solving the Problems] The recording paper folding device according to the present invention records measured information on a recording paper on which zigzag folds are formed, and then folds the paper again along the folds. In a recording paper folding device for folding, the recording paper folding device is fixed to a shaft rotatably provided substantially parallel to the fold,
a fold regenerating member having at least one blade portion that applies an impact in the direction of the fold of the recording paper by rotation; a housing for storing the folded recording paper after recording; and a fold compression member having at least one belt formed with a protrusion that rotates and presses the recording paper folded and stored from above.

[Function] According to the above configuration, since an impact is applied to the folds formed in advance on the recording paper, when the recording paper is folded in a zigzag shape and stored in the housing, the folds are reliably reproduced and the folds are folded along. Therefore, it does not swell up without being bent at the crease and does not spill out of the case. Furthermore, since the protrusions formed on the belt compress the recording paper downward within the housing as the belt rotates, the recording paper is roughly and reliably folded along the creases. Since the recording paper is compressed and folded in this way, it will not swell and overflow outside the casing even when recording for a long time.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing this embodiment. In the figure, a U-shaped metal housing 4 for storing a folded recorded recording paper 3 is placed on a moving trolley 2 having a plurality of wheels 1. A pair of belts 5 running downward are provided on two vertically opposing surfaces 4a of the housing 4. These belts 5 are attached so as to be rotated clockwise in the figure by a motor (not shown).
A plurality of protrusions 6 made of an elastic material are integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface of the base 5. A fold compression member 7 is constituted by the belt 5, the protrusion 6, the motor, and the like.

A fold reproducing member 9 is attached to the upper end of the cart 2 on the recorder 8 side. This fold regenerating member 9 has a shaft 11 rotatably supported by bearings 10 respectively attached to a pair of supports 2a of the truck 2, and a plurality of rod-shaped members, for example three, fixed in parallel to the shaft 11. The blade portion 12 is comprised of This shaft 11 is rotationally driven by a motor (not shown). 13 and 14 are switches and terminals.

The operation of this embodiment configured as described above will be explained below with reference to FIG. The recording paper 3 on which information such as brain waves has been recorded by the recorder 8 is sent onto a fold reproducing member 9 of the folding device. On this fold regenerating member 9, the recording paper 3 is subjected to an impact by a blade portion 12 rotated by a motor, and the previously formed folds 3a are regenerated, making it easier to fold. The recording paper 3 is then fed into the fold compression member 7, and the belt 5 is rotated by the motor drive.
The protrusion 6 formed on the recording paper 3 elastically compresses the fold 3a of the recording paper 3 downward. As a result, the recording paper 3 is folded correctly along the crease 3a and is tightly stored in the casing 4 sandwiched between the belts 5.

According to this embodiment, the creases 3a formed in advance on the recording paper 3 are reliably reproduced by the crease reproducing member 9, and the recording paper 3 is correctly folded along the creases 3a. Therefore, the recording paper 3 does not swell and protrude outside the housing 4. Furthermore, since the folds 3a of the recording paper 3 are compressed by the fold compression member 7 while being stored in the housing 4, even long recording paper 3 can be stored tightly folded in the correct position. Therefore, a predetermined length of recording paper 3 can be stored without overflowing from the housing 4. Furthermore, since the fold regenerating member 9 and the fold compressing member 7 are constructed integrally with the housing 4 and placed on the trolley 2, they can be easily moved to a position where the recorded information can be read after recording is completed. Furthermore, since both sides and the top surface of the housing 4 are open, it is easy to take out a portion of the recording paper 3 during the recording operation, and it is also easy to read information in the middle. Note that it is desirable to provide protectors (not shown) on both sides of the housing 4 so that the recording paper 3 does not come out when the cart 2 is moved.
