[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a nonwoven fabric composite having stretchability, heat insulation properties, and breathability.

Cotton or feathers are commonly used as padding to increase the heat retention properties of clothing, bedding, etc., but recently, non-woven fabrics with metals directly deposited and non-woven fabrics with metals directly deposited as shown in Utility Model Publication No. 50-22150 are being used. Composite materials, such as those made by combining short fiber webs, have been used.

However, none of these insulation materials can be expected to have elasticity, so they cannot be used as is in areas that require elasticity, such as sports clothing, and the range of use of insulation materials must be limited. Nakatsuta.

In order to give them elasticity, these insulation materials are cut into special shapes and sewn together, but because they do not have sufficient elasticity, they cannot be made to fit the movement of the clothes. It was bulky and stiff.

Recently, stretchable nonwoven fabrics have been developed by needling woolly-treated fibers, and attempts have been made to form vapor-deposited metal layers similar to those in the above-mentioned Utility Model Publication No. 50-22150. However, since continuous vapor deposition was not possible, the efficiency of vapor deposition was poor, resulting in a loss of elasticity of the nonwoven fabric and large tears in the metal layer.

In order to solve this problem, the present invention aims to form a metal vapor deposited layer on a stretchable nonwoven fabric that follows its expansion and contraction, and to provide breathability to the stretchable nonwoven fabric.

In order to solve this technical problem, in this invention,
A resin film 4 on which a metal vapor deposition layer 3 is formed is adhered to the surface of a stretchable nonwoven fabric 1 with the vapor deposition surface facing inside, and a large number of cracks 5 are formed on the resin layer 4 and the metal layer 3. It is a technical means to realize what is being done.

According to this technical means, the resin layer and the metal layer are vapor-deposited, and the metal layer is bonded to the fibers on the surface of the nonwoven fabric, so that the resin layer and the metal layer become wrinkled along the unevenness of the fibers. Therefore, wrinkles and wrinkles do not become larger together.

When the nonwoven fabric stretches, the resin layer and all metal layers follow the fibers by expanding the cracks, but
Since many cracks are formed, only one crack will not grow large.
The resin layer and the metal layer are approximately evenly dispersed.

Even if the metal layer is repeatedly expanded and contracted in this way, it will not peel off because it is firmly attached to the resin layer and the nonwoven fibers, and unlike conventional metallized films, it will not peel off.
There is no fear that the cracks in these places will cause larger cracks to move.

Therefore, the heat retaining effect of the nonwoven fabric can be enhanced without losing its stretchable function, and the nonwoven fabric can be made thinner to that extent, resulting in a slim and lightweight stretchable heat retaining material. In addition, the opening and closing action of the cracks that occur during expansion and contraction allows the nonwoven fabric to ventilate, making it an extremely high-quality heat-retaining material.

Therefore, it is suitable as a material for clothing, bedding, etc., and is an optimal heat-retaining material for sports clothing that requires stretchable and breathable functions.
