記室内熱交換器を熱源とする第2除霜モードとを
選択可能に構成すると共に、除霜開始検出手段、
除霜解除検出手段および蓄熱量検出手段と、除霜
開始時は第1除霜モードを選択し、以後前記除霜
解除検出手段および蓄熱量検出手段により検出さ
れる除霜条件に応じて第2除霜モードを選択する
制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする蓄熱装置付ヒ
