Claims (1)
- クリーンルーム内において、共同通路及びこの
通路沿いに複数の製造室を配列したクリーンルー
ムシステムにおいて、前記複数の製造室の各々に
隣接する前記共同通路の各所定範囲に設定された
前記各製造室の出入口に通じる所定長さの製造室
専用通路と、前記共同通路から前記専用通路に出
入するための通路出入口に設けた入室者カウンタ
ーと、前記専用通路から対応する製造室に出入す
るための製造室出入口に設けた退室者カウンター
と、前記製造室内に設定された作業用クリーンゾ
ーンに面して設定されたクリーンゾーンフイルタ
を介して前記クリーンゾーンの空気を循環させる
ための循環フアンと、前記循環フアンの回転数を
制御するためのインバータと、前記入室者カウン
ターのカウント出力と、前記退室者カウンターの
カウント出力とから判定される室内者数より前記
インバータの出力値を決定するインバータ出力決
定手段とを備えたことを特徴とするクリーンルー
ム制御装置。
