第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示す縦断面図、
第２図はスタータの電気回路図、第３図は従来の
スタータをその一半を断面にして示す正面図であ
る。 図において、３は電磁スイツチ、３ｄはスイツ
チコイル、３ｅはプランジヤ、６は電機子、８は
出力軸、１０はピニオン、１１ａはリターンスプ
リング、１４はリングギヤ、２０はドライブレバ
ー、２１は駆動ロツド、Ｙは空胴である。なお、
図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
補正 昭６２．５．９ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電機子の出力軸の回転を伝達するピニオン
をエンジンのリングギアから離反させる方向に付
勢するリターンスプリングと、上記ピニオンを移
動させるドライブレバーを駆動する駆動ロツドと
を電磁スイツチのプランジヤ内に収容したことを
特徴とするスタータ。 (2) ピニオンは出力軸のヘリカルスプライン上
を摺動するスラストスプラインと一体になされて
おり、このスラストスプラインと、電磁スイツチ
内の駆動ロツドとをドライブレバーによつて連結
したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
(1)項記載のスタータ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電機子の出力軸の回転を伝達するピニオン
    をエンジンのリングギヤから離反させる方向に付
    勢するリターンスプリングと、上記ピニオンを移
    動させるドライブレバーを駆動する駆動ロツドと
    を電磁スイツチのプランジヤ内に収容したことを
    特徴とするスタータ。 (2) ピニオンは出力軸のヘリカルスプライン上
    を摺動するスラストスプラインと一体になされて
    おり、このスラストスプラインと、電磁スイツチ
    内の駆動ロツドとをドライブレバーによつて連結
    したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    (1)項記載のスタータ。 (3) リターンスプリングと駆動ロツドは電磁ス
    イツチのプランジヤの空胴内に収容したことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の
    スタータ。
