の工具を交換すべく設けられたＡＴＣ装置と、被
加工物の特定の位置を芯出しすべく移動可能に設
けられた芯出し装置と、該芯出し装置によつて芯
出しされた被加工物を把持するクランプ装置とか
ら構成され、被加工物に対して第１の主軸又は第
２の主軸をハウジングの移動によつて位置決めし
、主軸軸線方向の移動によつて加工することを特
