のである。The punched cap body a falls from the female punching die 6b onto the cannge body conveyor 8 below, and is conveyed at predetermined pitches by the feed claws 8a, and then passes through a reversing guide provided on the tip side. 8c, the inverted cap body is taken out at predetermined pitches by the feeding claw 12a of the reversing cap body take-out conveyor to the table 9a side of the closing device, and is then taken out to the table 9a side of the lidding device through the excess cap body removal conveyor (2) and then transferred to the table 9a. sent to the top. At this time, the table 9a is in a forward-leaning state, so the cap body a slides over the table 9a, and as shown in the third figure, the front edge a' of the inner wall is moved by the leaf spring 9b at the tip of the table 9a. The canned cans are protruded from the can and held in a fixed state.
The head of the canned can is hooked on the front edge b't of the can and the front edge a' of the inner wall of the cap body a, and is further conveyed in this state. is pulled out from above the table 9a as the can can moves, and is pressed from above by a fixed pressing member 9c set at the tip of the table 9a to fit onto the can. . Note that the band-shaped film F' after the cap body a has been punched out is wound up by a winding device when gripping claws (not shown) that grip both side edges are separated.
