[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Object of the Invention] The present invention relates to a wiring harness for an automobile, and more particularly, to a printed circuit board-like integrated circuit board for each circuit of a wiring route constituting the wiring harness. By replacing part of the wire harness with this integrated circuit board, the wire harness can be made lighter and smaller, the handling can be simplified, and productivity can be improved.

A conventional wire harness has a configuration in which the wiring route is determined in advance, and all the electric wires passing through the route are bundled together and tied with vinyl tape or the like. Figure 10 shows an example, a
is an electric wire, b is a vinyl tape, and C is a connector. The wire harness A has a plurality of sub-harnesses e jointed (branch connections) to the main harness d, and has a complicated structure. Figure 11 shows the wiring, in which the wire harness A is routed along a predetermined wiring route so as to follow the structure and shape of each part of the car B, and is fixed to the car body using clips, clamps, etc. (not shown). There is.

However, with conventionally known technology, it has not been possible to suppress the increase in the diameter of wire harnesses due to the increasing electronicization of in-vehicle components, and due to the increase in the number of various electrical components themselves, parts and vehicles and wire harnesses have become increasingly difficult to control. This causes interference, making it difficult to secure sufficient installation space.Furthermore, as the diameter and weight of the wire harness increases, the number of man-hours required for manufacturing and assembling the wire harness also increases, resulting in many problems such as: It was out.

I'm going to try it. (1) The wire diameters and wire lengths of the wires that make up the wire harness vary widely, and branch wires for connecting auxiliary equipment such as connectors (the above-mentioned joint parts) come out from various places, which increases the number of man-hours. Difficult to automate.

(3) When joining wires together, additional work is required such as stripping the wires, crimping the joint terminals, and wrapping insulation tape around the joints.
Due to insulation tape, etc., it bulges out and becomes irregular in shape.

There is a tendency for wire harnesses to become larger in diameter, and with the current form of wire harnesses, it becomes increasingly difficult to route them, and the space inside the vehicle interior has to be reduced.

. The present invention focuses on particularly large-diameter and enlarged parts of the wire harness, such as the part where a large number of electric wires are concentrated (main harness d in Figure 10) and the joint part (sub-harness e in the same figure). However, the above-mentioned problems were solved by making this into a flat board like a normal print board (P, C, B) or a flexible printed board (F, P, C).

The large-diameter enlarged portion of the wire harness is absorbed and eliminated by the flat concentrating circuit board. Therefore, by installing the convergence circuit board at key points of the wire harness, the wire harness can be made smaller and lighter, and its interconnection can be achieved extremely easily.

By focusing on the functions of circuits, such as power supply circuits, grounding circuits, signal operation circuits, meter circuits, etc. for various electrical components (loads) onboard the vehicle, we define the functions of circuits as a single circuit that has all the functions. Refers to forming a converging circuit board. The actuation of a load refers to the formation of a single integrated circuit board with all circuits necessary for operating a load such as a wiper, such as a power supply circuit, a grounding circuit, a signal circuit, and a switch circuit, as a constituent unit. In addition, the combination of the two refers to appropriately combining the above circuits to form a multifunctional convergent circuit board, and designing a circuit pattern that is highly effective in reducing weight and size from the entire wiring route of the wire harness. .
