Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 湯ばりによる浴槽内水位が一定水位になつたと
    きこの水位を検知して湯ばり給湯を停止させるよ
    うにしたものにおいて、湯ばり開始時に始動する
    タイマーの出力と水位センサーの出力を判定回路
    に入力させ、前記タイマーのタイムアツプ時にお
    いて浴槽内水位が一定水位に達しない場合には、
    前記判定回路の出力により器具を停止させるか又
    は給湯を停止させる制御手段を具備させた給湯器
    付風呂釜。
