Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to secure an air passage and to largely take a filtering area in the same volume without using a separator, by bending a filter material in a zigzag form in both longitudinal and lateral directions. CONSTITUTION:A high density fibrous filter material based on a glass fiber is bent in a zigzag form in two longitudinal and lateral directions. Each of folding lines 5 in the lateral direction is made straight and each of folding lines 6 in the longitudinal direction is made zigzag so as to obliquely cross the folding lines 5 in the lateral direction while bending directions are alternately reversed at every predetermined intervals on the folding lines 5 in the lateral direction and the filter material 1 takes a shape bent in a zigzag form in two longitudinal and lateral directions. The filter material is upwardly bent at parts shown by dot lines and downwardly bent at parts shown by one-dot broken lines.

Air filters for collecting microparticles, which have been conventionally used as air purifying elements in dust-free and sterile equipment, are made of high-density fibrous sheets made of glass fiber or the like as a base material, as shown in Figures 5 to 7. The P material 1 is bent in a zigzag shape in only one direction, and its entire circumference is attached to the material holding frame 4 airtightly with adhesive, and the parallel or wedge-shaped folded portion 1a of the furnace material 1 is

However, in such a conventional air filter for collecting fine particles, it is necessary to insert a separator 2 between the folded portions 1a of the furnace material 1 to maintain air passages at a constant interval. Therefore, not only the number of parts increases, but also the pressure loss increases by the flow path resistance due to the separator 2, and furthermore, there are problems such as the separator 2 becoming a source of dust generation. In addition, by bending the P material 1 in a zigzag shape, the filtration area is increased (and pressure loss is reduced), but there is a limit to the P.P. was difficult.

The present invention has a frame for holding high-density JP material and 9P material, and the furnace material is bent in a zigzag shape along a straight bending line in one of two directions, vertical and horizontal. It is characterized by being bent in a zigzag shape in another direction along a bending line diagonally intersecting the bending line so that the bending direction is alternately reversed at predetermined intervals. This is an air filter for collecting microparticles.

Figure 2 shows the unfolded shape of this furnace material 1, where the horizontal bending line 5 is a straight line, and the vertical bending line 6 crosses the horizontal bending line 5 obliquely. To make a zigzag shape, the parts indicated by dotted lines are bent upward, and the parts indicated by dashed-dotted lines are bent downward at predetermined intervals on the horizontal bending line 5. The direction is alternately reversed, hardwood 1 is vertical.

By configuring the P material 1 to be bent in a zigzag shape in both the vertical and horizontal directions, the strength of the P material 7 itself is increased, so there is no need to use the separator 2 as in conventional products. The intervals between the air inflow and outflow passages formed between the vertically and horizontally folded portions 1b of the door material 1 are maintained almost evenly, and the air to be treated flows through the folded portion 1111 of the 4P material bent at an acute angle. do.

According to the present invention, since the two pieces of glue are bent in a zigzag shape in both the vertical and horizontal directions, the pieces of paper with the same dimensions compared to conventional products
9 Furnace material that can be neatly stored for material retention The filtration area is large, the strength of the door material itself is increased, and separators are not required to maintain the air passage spacing, eliminating flow path resistance caused by separators. Moreover, since the bending angle of the P material is an acute angle, the same low pressure loss effect as conventionally obtained by using a wedge-shaped separator as shown in FIG. 7 can be obtained. For these reasons, it is possible to downsize the air filter for collecting microparticles and significantly reduce pressure loss, and also improve air purification performance due to no dust generation from the separator and reduce costs due to the reduction in the number of parts. A reduction effect can also be expected.
