Conventionally, when various electrical equipment materials are suspended from hanging bolts, reinforcing bars, and other suspension members that are suspended from a ceiling slab, etc., the distance from the ceiling slab surface to the supporting position may be long, so the electrical equipment materials This caused the equipment to sway from side to side, making it dangerous during piping and wiring work for conduits, cables, etc., and even after it was supported. In order to solve this problem, a vibration prevention device for wiring devices was proposed, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-11557. It has been found that it is troublesome to connect at an angle, and the handling is complicated because there are many screwed parts. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 1, in order to prevent shaking by connecting a plurality of hanging rod members to each other,
A rod-shaped punching member B2, which is arranged parallel to the hanging rod member B1 and has connecting ends 20 bent at both ends, is diagonally interposed between the hanging rod members B1, and holds the hanging rod member B1 and the connecting ends 20 between them. The hanging rod members B1 may be connected to each other using a pair of glasses-shaped connecting fittings 21 that are screwed together in the state. However, in this case, it is troublesome to bend the connecting end 20, and the connecting fitting 2
The hanging rod member B1 in No. 1 has the disadvantage that it is not versatile in adapting to the connecting end diameter 20, and is complicated to handle because screwing work is required.

The hanging rod member B1 and the connecting member B2 intersect at an angle as shown in FIG. 2 or perpendicularly as shown in FIG. Both B1 and B2 are connected. This cross-connection fitting 1 has a rectangular shape from the front and an arcuate side surface, and is rotatable between a metal main plate 2 made of a highly elastic sheet material such as spring steel, and a metal main plate 2 which is made of a highly elastic sheet material such as spring steel. It consists of a cross support plate 5 connected to the.

Considering that the attachment part 3 is attached to the members B1 and B2, it is sufficient that the attachment part 3 is formed in the shape of a hole having a size sufficient for the members B1 and B2 to be inserted therethrough. It is necessary to insert it from the free end of B2 and move it to the cross-support position. Therefore, in the illustrated example, the mounting portion 3 is communicated with the outside through notches formed from the side edges near both ends of the metal fitting main plate 2, and if this is done, the member B1 , B2 can be directly attached to the desired position without moving it along the length direction, simplifying the installation work, and is particularly effective when both ends of members B1 and B2 are connected to other members. Therefore, the shape of the mounting portion 3 shown in the figure is different from that of the main plate 2 of the metal fitting.
It is formed in a rectangular shape that communicates with the outside at the side edges, and the edge surface of the free end of the main plate 2 is connected to the mounting part 3.
It has a stepped shape that becomes wider as it reaches the back edge. By making it step-like, the parts 1 that intersect with each other
In addition to restoring the fitting main plate 2 to its original state, which differs depending on the total length of the diameters of the paired members B1 and B2, the mounting portion 3
If the members B1 and B2 to be penetrated inside are used with different diameters, select the position according to the size of the width interval obtained between the main plate 2 of the fitting in the mounting part 3 and the center edge surface of the main plate 2. Since it is possible to do so, it becomes possible to increase its compatibility. In addition, members B1, B

The cross-support plate 5, which has a substantially groove-shaped cross section, is rotatably connected to a flat connecting portion 4 provided approximately at the center of the main plate 2. This cross support plate 5
are a hanging rod member B1 and a hanging member B2 that intersect with each other.
A support groove 7 having a V-shaped edge surface 7A that fits into the other side is cut out in the side wall 6, and is inserted into connecting holes 9 and 10 drilled in the inner wall 8 and the connecting part 4, respectively. The metal fitting main plate 2 is connected to the metal fitting main plate 2 by a pin member 11 so as to be able to rotate relative to the metal fitting main plate 2. In particular, as shown in FIG. 7, the connection state is such that the groove direction of the cross support plate 5 substantially coincides with the length direction of the main plate 2, so that the mounting portion 3 of the main plate 2 is connected. The supported member B1 or B2 and the member B2 or B1 supported by the support groove 7 of the cross support plate 5 can be connected at a predetermined crossing angle.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the cutout shape of the support groove 7 is such that the edge of the side wall 6 forms a parallel line 7B, and
The inner wall 8 forms the V-shaped edge surface 7A.
Due to this shape, the gap between the parallel edges 7B allows the members B1 and B2 to fit together extremely well, which helps to further improve their crossing stability. Of course, the support groove 7 may have only the V-shaped edge surface 7A.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, for example, an electrical equipment material D such as a lightweight channel steel material for supporting conduit pipes P and other pipe materials is suspended from a ceiling slab S. The usage is explained as follows, taking as an example the case where the That is, a plurality of suspension rod members B1, B1 suspended from the ceiling slab S are provided with a hollow member B2, and a cross-connection fitting 1 is used at the intersection of these B1, B2. First, the metal main plate 2 is strongly pressed and bent from both ends, and in this state, the cross support plate 5 is
The hanging rod member B1 or the pull member B2 is placed in the support groove 7
After abutting the cross support plate 5 against B1 or B2 so that the metal fittings are fitted together, and placing the cutout member B2 or the hanging rod member B1 in the mounting portion 3 of the metal fitting main plate 2, The pressing force applied to the main plate 2 is released, and the elastic return force generated at that time cross-connects both B1 and B2. At that time, the intersection angle of the suspension member B2 with respect to the hanging rod member B1 can be arbitrarily selected depending on the usage conditions at the installation site and other factors.
It may be in an inclined state as shown in the figure, or it may be in a perpendicular state as shown in FIG.

Therefore, by connecting the plurality of hanging rod members B1 hanging from the ceiling slab S etc. with the connecting members B2 that intersect with these B2 with the cross connecting fittings 1, the hanging rod members B1 can be suspended. Since the rod members B1 are fixed to each other, it is possible to reliably prevent the various electrical equipment materials D supported by the hanging rod members B2 from shaking, greatly improving safety during and after construction. It becomes possible.

When the main plate 2 is subjected to an elastic restoring force that attempts to restore it to its original state due to its own elastic force, the inner circumferential edge surface 3A of the mounting portion 3 is pressed against one member B1.
Alternatively, it is crimped to B2, and at that time, the inner peripheral edge surface 3A is press-fitted into the member B1 or B2 in a substantially biting manner, so that the main metal plate 2 is firmly fixed to the member B1 or B2. In addition, not only can the intersection position be arbitrarily selected, but even if the elastic return force is limited even after support, the intersection support plate 5 can be connected to approximately the center of the main plate 2, and the curvature of the main plate 2 can be adjusted. Coupled with the fact that it does not get in the way of operation, the intersection position can also be changed freely. Not only that, but the work is performed by abutment with the cross support plate 5 and by releasing the forced bending force applied to the main plate 2 of the metal fittings, so it is extremely simple, and most of this type of work is carried out at high places. Considering that it is often carried out,
The fact that it can be done safely and quickly is a huge advantage.

On the other hand, the cross-support plate 5 connected to the approximate center of the metal fitting main plate 2 has a substantially groove in cross section in which a support groove 7 having a V-shaped edge surface 7A that fits into the other member B2 or B1 is cut out in the side wall 6. shape, it firmly supports member B2 or B1, and the V-shaped edge surface 7A
It is possible to cope with changes in the diameter of member B2 or B1, and furthermore, the diameter of member B2 or B1 can be changed
1 has a screw thread, the V-shaped edge surface 7A is connected in a threaded manner, and this V-shaped edge surface 7A
By having these on both side walls 6, it is possible to achieve an even more solid support state. (See Figure 6).

In addition, since the cross support plate 5 of the cross connection fitting 1 is rotatably connected to the flat connecting portion 4 of the main plate 1 of the metal fitting at its inner bottom wall 8, the rotation angle can be selected. It is possible to correspond to changes in the mutual intersection angle of members B1 and B2, for example,
As shown in FIG. 2, cross-connection in an inclined state is more effective in preventing shaking. In addition, when connecting an appropriate number of suspension members B2 between a plurality of hanging rod members B1, first make a temporary connection by cross-connecting them at one location, and then cross-connect them at other locations. It can be adjusted to match the predetermined crossing angle when connecting, and the connecting operation can be speeded up.

Moreover, the hanging rod member B1 and the bolt member B2 can be connected regardless of the presence or absence of threads, and since their intersecting parts are not limited and can be selected arbitrarily, the intersecting angle can be freely adjusted. Coupled with this, the cutting member B2 itself can be used even if it is not linear, which is extremely convenient.

As explained above, according to the present invention, it is possible to connect and support the hanging rod member and the bolt member at an appropriate intersecting angle, and furthermore, the intersecting position can be arbitrarily selected, and special processing is not required for any of the members. There is no need to perform any additional work, and one-touch connection and support work is possible using the elastic restoring force of the main plate of the metal fittings.
Unlike conventional methods, there is no need for troublesome screw-fastening work, so it is safe even when working at high places, and even after cross-connection, it will not separate or fall off due to external shocks or vibrations. It is stable without any problems, and furthermore, the crossing position can be changed freely after cross-connection, it has excellent load resistance, and it has a simple structure.
