産業上の利用分野
本発明は、ローディングアームによる船舶との荷役時に
おいて、管路を切離すべき緊急事態が発生した際に使用

発明が解決しようとする問題点

作用

実施例
第1図において、1及び2はバルブ(バタフライバルブ

は入り側バルブ駆動用アクチュエータ、9は出側バルブ
、10は出側バルブ駆動用アクチュエータである。この
ような装置において、入り側バルブ7には加圧された窒
素ガス等の不燃性ガスが供給される。緊急事態発生と同
時に自動的もしくは操作員よりの信号により、バルブ1
,2はバルブ1駆動用アクチユエータ3及びリンク機構
4により閉鎖される。バルブ1.2の閉鎖位置はリミッ
トスイッチ(図示せず)により検出されその信号により
バルブ7.9がアクチュエータ8.10によって開かれ
る。この時入り側バルブ7側のラインには常時加圧され
た不燃性ガスが供給されており、入り側バルブ7が開か
れることにより不燃性ガスはバルブ1.2の間へ流入し
出側バルブ97通してバルブ1.2の間の液もしくは気
体を排出する。排出が完了すると同時にバルブ7.8を

バルブの中間に設けられた切離し装置とからなる流体荷
役装置の緊急離脱装置において、前記2個のバルブの中
間部に加圧不燃性ガスの供給部材と管路内流体の排出部
材とを設け、緊急時には前記バルブの中間部に加圧不燃
性ガスを供給し、中間部の管路内流体を排出した後に前
記切離し装置により前記中間部を切離すようにしたこと
